Low Key and Great to Work With Buying a Car There!
We found the car we wanted on the website and drove over 90 miles mostly in the rain and on back roads. We thought we must be crazy. When we arrived, Cal Jurman was so welcoming and low key we relaxed immediately. He had brought the car inside so we did not have to shop in the rain. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our questions and the price was right. We also worked with Donna Roth on the paperwork. They were both so pleasant we wish we bought cars more often just so we could work with them. We will return to Lititz just to check out the rest of the city. ;o)

Normally a good service center, but everyone has a off day
I normally try to take a vehicle back to the dealer I bought it from for all services. Keller has done good on oil changes, but recently I got new tires and then a alignment both had problems. First the tires. When the service tech brought my truck (Ram 1500 Big Horn) to me upon installation of my new tires I started it only to have the low tire pressure light come on. REALLY? All four tires were 5 to 7 pounds low on air. How can a tech install new tires then drive the truck and NOT notice the low pressure warning light being on. So then the service manager tells me my alignment was out of spec. I agreed to a alignment. Once again after completion I took delivery only to realize on my drive home that the steering wheel was way off center to the right and the truck had a serious pull to the right. Note when I took it in for new tires the steering wheel was straight and the truck would track straight down the road for a mile. I returned and the tech claimed something moved prior to final alignment?? Anyway they fixed it the second time. However I am now feeling a slight pull to the left and the wheel seems to lean left slightly, but I am not sure I am just overly sensitive due to the problem earlier problems. Time will tell.

Vehicle Purchase
My experience with Keller Bros started off great. They were accommodating and helpful in taking in a trade that I had. There were many issues that arose during the buying process. These issues were resolved, but at the expense of my time and money. Keller Brothers ultimately made things right, but not until several months later. I was satisfied with their service and impressed with their customer service towards the end.

Amazing service/very knowledgeable
First of all I want to say I worked with Tori Phillips so if you do stop by here 100% ask for her. Furthermore, that she works very hard to get details and find vehicles that fit your budget, your requests and features. She will work with you to make sure you're not getting ripped off while still leaving decisions up to you, don't feel pressured at all making those decisions either. Which being a first-time buyer was something I was very nervous about. Having someone as proactive at crunching numbers without having to go look them up is very good when you're trying to make a decision that shouldn't be rushed a bit quicker (in my case). Keller bros has a huge selection of vehicles to choose from and the entire staff is very friendly, they even all stayed late to talk about prices for me. If you're a first time buyer or just someone on a budget this is the place to be!

Found the car
I was on the search for a particular type of Chrysler Pacifica and Bill Reiter found the perfect one. He was very knowledgeable when I first spoke with him on the phone and when he said he would be able to search and find the vehicle, he meant it. He called me to say they had found the van and gave me a timeline for pickup from there. Even better, he called back to say they found one with less mileage that I could have for our already agreed upon price. He was up against three other dealerships for our business and he won our business over a dealership in closer proximity to our house. Bill was very helpful through the process. I would recommended Bill and the team at Keller Brothers for anyone in the future when buying or selling a car.

Excellent Service
I am very impressed with Keller Brothers Dodge in Lititz. Not only do they take excellent care of our cars, but they work hard to schedule a time that is convenient to our schedule and needs. In addition, and this is a wonderful option, they provide a loaner car when our cars are being serviced. In this way we can go about our regular schedule and work if needed. Thank you Keller Brothers for always being reliable. Our family has bought three cars from your company and will continue to do so.

I only deal with folks who exemplify honesty as a best practice,and I was very happy with my auto purchase from Keller Bros. Buying Ram pickup
Found a Dodge Ram via internet at Keller Brothers that was just what I was looking for. Contacted them and they were prompt in getting back with me. Told them what I had in mind to make a deal and they said they would see if they could make it work. In short they made it work. Travis was great and me and my wife were very please with the entire deal

out of warranty
Had an engine noise in my 2012 Dodge Journey and Keller Bros. diagnosed it and then got in touch with Dodge. Keller Bros. did all the footwork and the bottom line it was all covered but 350.00 co-pay which I thought was very fair. I would like to thank both Gary Shenk and Technician Lance for their efforts!! When I need a new car or repairs , Keller Bros. Dodge is where you will find me. In closing I must say ATTA BOYS!!!
