Bought a 13 Jeep Wrangler form these guys with an extended warranty. they filled the paperwork out wrong; the warranty company said its now void. now I'm on the hook for an engine replacement. on a car I bought a few months ago. they are at fault for miss writing the warranty contract. First National Autos needs to step up and be true to their customers.

I purchase a 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid for ~$37,000 after licensing fees and taxes, and the process went smooth. They weren’t pressuring, and were efficient to work with/buy from.

Per our discussion, our pricing is very transparent and all the numbers were presented and discussed up front prior to you signing. You made an offer below our asking price that we were unable to accept, after which you agreed to purchase the vehicle at our asking price, so I am surprised to see that you believe you were lied to or cheated.
