Understaffed

They are understaffed, quick services take hours or days to complete. Will not be back. Ashley lied to my face. Stating they were finishing up my service, when in reality they hadn?t even started. Will not be back for any services there.

My husband and I have been looking for a vehicle for the past seven months. Ginn Chevrolet had the exact vehicle that I wanted on their lot. They sold that vehicle the day that I found it. Ginn Chevrolet found me the same vehicle and within a week I was picking it up and taking it home. We worked with Deon Gibbs who was very friendly, outgoing, and answered every question we had. The finance gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly as well and explained all the paperwork. We also talked to the General Manager while we were there. It was a very pleasant experience working with Ginn Chevrolet. I highly recommend this no pressure dealership if you are looking for a vehicle. They go above and beyond and put you in the vehicle that you want and that fits your budget. They are straight forward and made this an easy process.

just disappointed

i come here often to get a oil change and decided to bring my car in because my car jerks when i shift the gear and when i?m just sitting at a red light. i got a rental for wednesday- friday and decided to extend it when i was told the mechanic had it on friday. so i extended it two more days. and sadly i got my car back with the same problem smh i?m just upset that?s all

Had a little misunderstanding with the online quote. All the sales team was great and took the time to explain what happened. Ginn motors went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Well worth your time too check them out.

Blessings 2023

Deon Gibbs, my salesman stayed on the job until my new car was delivered. He gave me updates daily and helped me through the process every step of the way. He went above and beyond. He even made calls to help me find a new auto insurance company after having to let my agent of ten years go. If you need a car pre-owned or new. He can make it happen.

Another typical great experience

We had the best experience ever with WAeveryone at Ginn! Deon Gibbs new exactly what to show us. We purchased the first Silverado he showed us. We had a fantastic experience with Ginn and highly recommend them ❤️

In April of this year, I bought a 2017 Dually Truck from

In April of this year, I bought a 2017 Dually Truck from this dealer. 3 Months later I decided to sell my truck for family reasons. I tried to sell my truck 3 different times and each time other dealers told me something is wrong with the title. the last dealer printed out the carfax report and it said (BRANDED TITLE - BUYBACK\LEMON) I went back to Ginn and explained that the truck is showing up with a branded title and it wasn't on the original carfax report when I bought the truck. The sale manager didn't show any kind of compassion or address why the truck now has a branded title. Basically told me it's my problem now. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership

When you purchased your vehicle, it was fully disclosed to you as a GM repurchased vehicle. You signed both the GM disclosure and the corresponding Carfax which showed the repurchase by GM and the reason for the repurchase. Service to my truck

Service tech were awesome they explained everything they were doing and about to do. They recommendations on proper maintenance of my truck . I refer my brother to them he also have a Chevrolet.
