9:15am service appointment nothing done until I

9:15am service appointment nothing done until I complained after 2pm took 2 days instead of 1 day to repair because updating cmi(?) took past closing. Had they honored appointment time would have been a same day repair.

I had a really easy experience with them.

I had a really easy experience with them. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was a bit nervous but Evan was awesome. He was very honest and straight forward about things with me and didn’t try to up sell me or get me something I didn’t want or need. He even let me test drive the car twice just to make sure it was a good fit. Avery was also very nice. He helped do my financing since no one else could at the time. He answered all of my questions too.

We had a great experience with Jonathan and everyone at Rick Case. We had a wait for our vehicle, but they kept us in the loop every step of the way. And when time came to pick up out vehicle it was the most efficient car buying process we have ever had. Thank you!

I have loved coming to this Mazda because I’ve never had

I have loved coming to this Mazda because I’ve never had any issues always treated excellent and the service department had always been quick and efficient but this last experience I had was beyond unacceptable. Brought my car in for a recall that they called me about and made an appointment and had it all set up and it was considered express service so they told me it would take 2 hours tops. Ok great! It’ll all be handled and we can wait there. No we bring the car in a little early so we could be there for the appointment time and they then tell us no it’ll be 5 hours until the car is ready. Ok that’s fine thanks for telling us up front at check in. So they said look we will call you an Uber/Lyft to get you home and then we will do the same when your car is done so you can pick it up. Ok great thanks! So we got the ride home and then 4:00pm comes which is when they said it would for sure be done by and we hadn’t heard anything so we called to find out the status and all. No one could answer the phone and then when they did we got the run around about well someone will call you back with updates and let you know. Ok well meanwhile no one ever called us back and it’s now 5:00pm and they close at 5:30pm. So we called back and got the same run around. Finally we got a text saying the car was ready for pick up. So we called and said hey we got the message that it’s ready for pick up are you sending the Uber/Lyft to get us so we can pick up the car. Couldn’t get an answer other than well the manage that does that is away from his desk. He’ll call you though with the information. Ok great but you do know you close in 20 minutes and I’m at least that far from you…. Yes it’ll be fine he’ll call you. Okay so we did eventually get a message saying the ride was on the way, so we waiting and looked it said 7 minutes. Time went by and we were like ok why aren’t they here yet, looked at the tracking and it got canceled. No one would then answer and tell us why since they were now closed. So needless to say it never happened so I had to find my own way there just to get my car from a sales person, because the service department left and said here’s the keys for this car. So I am extremely unhappy that now at 7:00pm I found my own ride there and was able to retrieve my car that they promised was ready same day and they will get us to and from there without an issue. The manager won’t even take my calls when I called the next day. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Then I get in my car today (because my husband picked it up for me) and my child’s car seat is thrown in the car all weirdly “attempted” re-installed and her stuff thrown in the car (stuff that goes in her mouth none the less) and the entire car smells of gasoline. Great for a child to now be smelling and I have to readjust her seat in a crunch to be on time to work. They could’ve said something like hey we had to disassemble the car seat or hey make sure nothing is on the seats before we start work, or something so we know that it was going to need reinstalling or that it would be moved/messed with.
