Review about service: tire rotation not performed when

Review about service: tire rotation not performed when requested and in the invoice, oil blotches left on the engine cover not cleaned, interior not detailed as other cars were, the driver turned on my AC full blast and lowest setting without permission, all not cool. Would not go again for service.

I have been trying to get in touch about an issue from my last service for over a week. No one answers the phone, or I often have to call multiple times, and my emails/voicemails have been largely ignored for the last week.

Fast service, had my tire in stock.

Fast service, had my tire in stock. Able to buy just an air filter as well. They ordered my tire same day, installed fast, complimentary car wash. Roshonda was very helpful and nice

Service department is not very responsive to messages.

Service department is not very responsive to messages. It takes many constant calls to even get somebody to call back. Once the appointment is scheduled, the quality of service is good. Communication is decent from that point on. Not sure if there is a staffing issue, but I've had somebody tell me twice that the person I wanted to speak to in service department is busy and they'd call back (which they still didn't do later).

Marisol is Top Notch! She helped me find Just what I wanted in a vehicle and didn’t Stop until she did. Very Comfortable Experience. Manager helpful to put deal together and things went smoothly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
