Over all this dealership is an 8 out of 10, due to the fact that at times I have to wait for over an hour for an oil change, one time up to 3 hrs. The last time my vehicle was serviced the young lady that waited on me with blue hair was very good, and I had a minimal wait time. The sales person Olajuwon Richardson (Juan) , is very professional, and pleasant to work with. The new finance person Monique Ware is amazing, she explains everything in detail if asked. Makes you feel comfortable I can't say enough about her. Thank you Brenda Helie

Staff was very friendly. Video of the inspection done was innovative and informative. Waiting area and showroom very neat and clean.

Review is only for service, not on sale (as I did had issue with the sale team in the past) . To be fair, this review is ONLY for the service team. They were great! I lived far, and every time I had an issue, I contacted Shaun. He always offered a solution in a reasonable amount of time (Of course, not when it comes to getting part as everything is behind these days). When available he would send a loaner to my home and pick up my car for me, which is extremely nice and convenient. I do appreciate that. When I do come in personally for service, everyone on the team was friendly and got my car taken car off and send me the end result video. Wait time for my most recent visit was about 45 min for an oil change. Estimated wait time, I would say is 30 min to an Hour. Overall, I would use their services again.

I highly recommend Juan Richardson. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Furthermore, he was not an aggressive salesman and was easy to talk too. In addition, he thoroughly explained all the technology within the vehicle before I drove off in my new vehicle.
