Bought a used Ford F 350.
Bought a used Ford F 350. Had some issues that needed fixed. Found out that the GM, GM sales manager also the sales lady would not answer my calls or return my calls. I believe when you sell a truck you help the buyer through these issues. Not sell take your commission and forget your customer. Only good thing was Nick the Service Manager. Wont go back

The worst automobile dealership experience I've ever had.
The worst automobile dealership experience I've ever had. I took my grand cherokee in for a leak in the brake line. One single brake line $1065. In disbelief this clearly inflated price was confirmed by a Service Mgr, $850 of this bill was for 4 hours of labor.

Purchased a used truck.
Purchased a used truck. Kendall Fields took care of me. Great guy, no pressure. I hate car lots, but this was a pretty good experience. I even received a follow up call from him several days after the purchase. We drove 2 hours to look at the vehicle & it was worth the drive. If you’re looking to buy, I HIGHLY recommend talking to Kendall

Wasted time
Tried to purchase a new truck. Told by dealership sales rep it can be held until I get there. Took PTO same day started to drive 14 hour drive, called in 2 hours into my drive to make sure truck was still there, they told me they sold it. So, I wasted 4 hours of my life driving, a tank of gas and had to tell my boss, sorry I'm, not taking PTO anymore. Communication is poor, I had to call in multiple times and received almost no callbacks even though was told that I will get callback if its sold. I'm glad I called back to check, otherwise I would be a lot more deeper into my drive and wasted a lot more fuel. If you are out of state buyer, be careful and plan accordingly.

Tire rotation caused my back tire to fall off
Took my gladiator in for it’s first tire rotation. About a week later I was merging onto the highway and heard a loud thumping. My driver side rear tire had come off and almost caused me to flip my jeep. Thank god I was still speeding up to merge or I would have been in a serious accident. Pretty negligent of the service department not to tighten the custom lugnuts.

Tom was a super helpful salesperson. Very easy to talk to and get along with. Did not pressure me about literally anything. Very pleasant and accommodating. I made an appointment before going so he had the vehicle already up front when I got there. Very good experience and I would go back and recommend to others.
