the dealership worked with us very well took care of all the paperwork including registration and insurance very efficient we didnt have to lift a finger to do anything the sales person chris mathis did everything for us even getting us in touch with an insurance company to insure our used car we will defenitly go back to buy another car and recommend it to our friends if they want to buy a new or used car the only negative we didnt insist on a test drive but the overall experince was awsome and i think we got a good deal and a good car for the price

Opened late.... Said they would wash my car.... Never happened This was the THRID time I was told when bringing my car in for service they would wash my car and it never happens!! Even when I offer to pay for the wash The last time I was there for service and I went to pick up my car and was told oh yes we got it all washed for you and it's ready to go and than walked out to a dirty car..... Again!!!

Leland Hansen helper me buy my first new car. He was kind and informative. He worked with us on our time schedule and if I ever need another new car I would recommend him as well as KIA oh Anchorage.

Chris was very helpful in helping me find a car to fit my needs. He took the time to drive us around to all of the lots in anchorage to look into all available used cars in my budget. He helped me find a car that fit my needs and wants for under my budget, and was also able to add in smaller extra things, which really made a difference. I am very glad that I made the choice to come to Lithia, and glad that Chris was my salesperson.

Salesman was very pushing and not very friendly. When we asked questions about thing he seemed to get frustrated and rolled his eyes. Would not come here again.

Richard was our sales associate and he was great. He listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and worked with us to get a vehicle in our price range.

I was not happy with the interest rate, but everything else is good.
