I love My New used Car
I am a single mother on a tight budget, I went into the dealership just looking. It was going to cost more for my Mini van to be fixed then what I owed on it. David Williams made me feel very welcome and treated me as a friend rather then a commission. He know that I was worked on a very tight budget and kept his promise that he would make sure I did not have a larger car payment then what I was able to afford. David and the whole Lithia team were very patient with my very active 5 year old and made the long wait not fee so long. I also was very impress with the financial person. He was able to get me a very good rate. Once again this was one of the best car paying experience I have ever had and plan to do future business with this dealership and hopefully with David again.

I have been working with Mike Martella for over 6 months now and we finally found the perfect vehicle for my sister...even though I am in Dallas, TX. Leland is the man!
We came to Lithia Kia to buy my husband a car and left with two! Our experience with Leland Hansen was flawless - he adapted to our personalities, helped us find cars we absolutely love, and got us a great deal! We never felt like we were being pressured into a sale (usually my least favorite part of car shopping). I will be recommending Leland to friends and family. Brenda's new Kia Soul
I had been considering buying a new car on and off for about six months. I reviewed my finances and set an amount that I was willing to spend. This would be my first independent car purchase. My father purchased my first car and my late husband purchased every car after that. I reviewed car sales sites and got an idea what my budget would buy. I then called my friend David Williams at Lithia Kia. I have known David and his wife for years. Knowing someone in the car sales business helped me feel more confident about proceeding. My mother and I visited with David at the car sales lot. I explained to David what I was hoping to buy. I wanted a low mileage all-wheel-drive used vehicle?I thought. While in the show room, I looked at a new Kia Soul. I liked its features and its size. I was concerned about the front wheel drive. David suggested that I come back during the daytime to take a test drive. Unfortunately, I became sick and was in bed for a week. I thought about the new car, but had reservations about the cost of a new car. I asked David to look for a used car that met my wish list. As I was recovering, David let me know that there was a Kia Soul with low mileage that had been traded in. I was excited about what I heard. On Dec. 27, 2014, I arrived at the dealership to see the car that David had told me about and took it for a test drive. David explained all the safety features of the Kia Soul and the awards and credibility that Kia has garnered. He also pointed out that many of the Kia sales staff are Kia Soul owners, including himself. Most of the vehicles I have owned were all-wheel-drive. David explained the differences I might experience in a front-wheel-drive vehicle. I was impressed with the 2013 Kia Soul, which had low mileage and appeared brand new. I discussed purchase options with David. I had the funds to purchase the car, but David suggested I could finance a portion to improve my credit history. I haven't used any credit in many years, which affected my rating. David explained the advantage of using synthetic oil and of buying it through the dealership. I will get my oil changes taken care of for the life of the car with no more cost to me. I also bought an extended manufacturer?s warranty that will cover my car's systems for 10 years. When I determined I wanted to finance a portion of the cost, David introduced me to the finance director, Jeremy. Jeremy was very helpful and was able to get me a low interest rate of 2.9 percent, despite my only average credit score. He also explained the number of payments I needed to make to improve my credit rating. I am thankful for the guidance and advice I received from David Williams. Having someone I trust was important to me. I also appreciated Jeremy's patience and ability to get me a favorable interest rate. My overall experience purchasing my car was positive. I have called David since the sale to ask questions about operating the features on my car and he has been very gracious and helpful. I am very happy with my Kia Soul. Recently I drove my mother, sister, niece and nephew to a restaurant for lunch. Everyone was comfortable and impressed with the spaciousness of my car. On that trip I could not get my phone to connect with the car's Bluetooth system. I called David, who returned my call quickly, and explained that if more than one Bluetooth device is activated at the same time in the car it will affect the connection. Adjusting to front-wheel-drive has not been a problem, as the Soul has a stabilizer that enhances the performance of the front-wheel-drive in icy conditions. I haven't used a tank of gas as of this writing. Since it has been cold and I start and warm my car before driving, the MPG may be lessened. I am very happy with the car's defroster and heater. I will probably add a remote car starter before the end of winter. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Lithia Kia, as a Kia owner.

Our 3rd Kia purchase
We went to the Kia dealership as we just wanted to upgrade our 2011 Kia Sorento. David Williams was our salesman and he was great! He was very cooperative, understanding, helpful and knowledgable and we are very happy with our new 2015 Kia Sorento!

2014 Kia Sorrento is a great purchase!
Mark and Mike were more than accommodating. They were both very knowledgeable, and when they weren't sure the car we were interested in was available for purchase Mark wasted no time finding out that it was available. They allowed us to take the car home overnight (to Palmer) for a test drive, and that is what sold us on the Sorrento. It handled very well and was great on gas. Mike fought to get the most value for our trade-in and succeeded. If you want to go to a dealership where you are not pressured, and the employees even have a sense of humor, I would definitely recommend Lithia Kia of Anchorage.

2015 Brand new Kia Sorento
