We had looked for a truck for some time and were very pleased with the service and price for the used truck we just bought. Carey was easy to work with, did everything and more that he told us he would do for the truck we bought (used). We were very happy with the quality of work, the professionalism, and genuine caring that they showed. We have bought several trucks and cars over the years, and would rate them highest with customer service and help in our purchase. Now if it falls apart next week, we might have another report, but for right now we could not be happier.

Great Experience
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Sneed Ford. Its a 2013 Ford 150 Raptor. I am super happy with the truck. Carey from Sneed Ford made the process as smooth as possible. (it was a special order and the truck took a few months to finally come in). He was always available by phone, email and text and was very thorough in how the ordering process would occur and how long the truck would take to arrive to the dealership. Even after I bought it; he made sure I was happy and offered to look into ordering anything additional on the truck (I am debating changing the wheels/tires). I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone thinking of purchasing Ford, Lincoln, or other vehicles they sell.

Best Deals in Town!! LOW PRICES. GREAT SERVICE
This is my 4th car from Dennis Sneed Ford. I purchased a 2010 MKZ Sport. The car I bought was over 5000 dollars less than any dealer within 500 miles. My car was loaded with every option that was offered. All the staff was super friendly and would definitely recommend Dennis Sneed Ford to anyone who wants the best deals. I was a little concerned about some of the reviews I saw, but those were not even close to how I was treated. Best customer service ever. Carey, Brain and Dennis were super helpful. I will be back very soon for my 5th car. If you like super low prices, over 300 cars to chose from, and the laid back non pressure experience, this is the place to come.

Horrible service would never go back!!!
Since I have got my car 45 days ago I have had to get four new tires, new heater blower, heater vents and now my car is leaking anti freeze!! I have to get a new water pump!! I have called them over and over and pretty much they tell me it's not their problem! Also when I got the car it was not detailed, I was looking for my back seat belts and there were bills, jewelry, food and a bunch of other stuff in the seats. There was pen marks on the ceiling and dirt everywhere! I called and they said they do not have good people that know how to detail, like that was a good excuse! Finally they took the car to detail it after our 3rd time calling and we took it there and it did not look any better they just vacuumed it, so I had to pay another place to detail it! This was my first time ever buying a car and it was a horrible experience. I would never go there again!!!

Great Truck, Less than great experience
Did not have a good experience with this deal. I emailed the owner and "VP" about my experience and, not suprisingly, got no response. I see that he, or someone, responds to negative reviews so I thought I would post it on here. After reading some of the other reviews, it seems like a pattern. I recently purchased a truck from your dealership. The truck is great, couldn't be happier with it. The website description listed four removable tie-downs for the bed that are not with it, but other than that it's great. Couple of things with the process that bothered me though. The terms of the agreement were settled on Tuesday of last week, I did not receive a copy of the correct paperwork until Friday afternoon. I did, however, receive two sets of incorrect paperwork on Thursday. I have to believe that if someone was on your lot they would not be expected to wait three full days to sign and give you a check. I realize that doing business via the internet, phone, and through the mail creates unique challenges, but I'm not sure when I would have received paperwork if I had not pestered your staff about it. When the terms were agreed to I was told that I would receive everything via Fed Ex and that there would be a Fed Ex envelope included for me to return everything. I ended up receiving all the paperwork via email. After I did, I called to verify the turn around time for getting the truck to Springfield. I was told by two people, twice each, that if they received the paperwork on Saturday it would be here Monday, so I paid for UPS Saturday Delivery ($49). When I called on Monday to see when it was leaving and when I could expect it (after calling three times and getting no return calls) I fianally spoke to Carey. He said it would be 10 days to 2 weeks before it shipped. He went into detailed information about the hows and whys, and shipping cars to Dallas and St. Louis. I didn't care then, and don't care now. I understand that getting it here presents a problem, that's why I asked throughout the proccess about the time it would take to get here. Every single time I was told that it would go out the day after money was received. I asked what my options were and he said I could come get it. When I said that I wanted to cancel the contract and get my money back, I was told,"That's up to the owner but, you can't do that anyway." It's not up to the owner, I had not taken delivery. I was treated rudely and reacted rudely, I wish I hadn't, but no one likes to be talked to like they are an idiot. After telling him I wanted the truck here that day or I wanted my money back I was hung up on. Five minutes later the salesman that I worked wtih originally called to say that he was getting ready to leave the lot and head this way. The end result was fine. The truck was delivered when I was told I could expect it (the fact that the low fuel light was on when I started it for the first time was the cherry on top). I do not think that what it took to make that happen was necessary. I'm a reasonable person, and I was prepared for this to be an out of the ordinary experience, which I felt was acceptable since it was the exact truck I was looking for at a fair price. I wasn't prepared to be treated like a child. I was told that you ship "$.5M in cars all over the world," no idea if that is true, but if it is I thought you would like to hear about my experience to make sure that others are treated in the same manner.

I just purchased a used 2011 Ford Fusion SEL. The sales associate that worked with me was Boyd Bogdan. Unlike my past visits to other dealership he was very knowledgeable when it came to this vehicle. He was kind and courteous. He made me feel extemely comfortable. He explained all of the functions of the vehicle. It almost felt like he built the car himself. Dennis Sneed has a winner working on his Team. Dennis Sneed himself was there directing his staff where to go and kept me updated on the handling of my paperwork. The Dealership was extremely busy, but he made sure that he talked to the customers to make sure their needs were being met. It was a pleasure working with Boyd. The price I got this vehicle was great! Fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. It was worth the price I paid. My family loves the vehicle too. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Great customer service, friendly staff! I was in and out with my car. Thank for the great experience. Besides the car, Boyd was the best part of my trip to the dealership.

Super easy and convenient buying experience and great...
Super easy and convenient buying experience and great pricing on thier vehicles. Eric and Carey made an effort to get to know me and what I was looking for in a car and found me a car that wasnt even on the lot yet. Only bad part of the buying experience at this dealership was that the first time I walked into the lobby and searched for someone to help me and I couldnt find any help. Multiple salesmen walked by and noone offered to help for about 5 min. Once Eric asked to help we were test driving vehicles within 10 minutes. Eric was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very easy going about the sales experience. After not finding exactly what I wanted and leaving Carey called me about another car that they were getting in a few days later. That car was exactly what I was looking for and I really enjoy my Lincoln MKZ! Overall the buying experience was efficient and straight forward. I will definitely go back to Sneed Ford for my next vehicle!

I had been looking all around Iowa and Missouri for a dealership to buy a used Ford Edge. I came across Dennis Sneed Ford and found the service to be excellent, the salemen was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all! I found the used Ford Edge rariety to be very good. In comparison to other Ford Dealerships, I found Dennis Sneed to be uncomparible in their prices. I was finding them to be much cheaper then any other dealership I looked at in both Iowa and Missouri. I will definately recommend Dennis Sneed to anyone for their service, quality, prices, appeal and knowledge!

05 corvette..very pleased with service
never say never when doing your research and deciding on what you are looking for, let life surprise you..with that being said, our salesman was a young man named Shadow, he was patient, kind, polite . we were not going to consider Dennis Sneed because of some of the reviews but we wanted to see the yellow vette in person not in a picture , but they treated us with respect, there was NO hard sell and they worked with us in the negotiations, we walked out of there happy campers with our new vette. being senior citizens we bought the Millenium yellow with black interior, something we didn't want was black interior, well again never say never cause it is a gorgeous car. thank Shadow and Dennis Sneed Ford and thank you for the popcorn !!!!
