Great service, very efficient operation
I am VERY pleased with my recent service in my 2014 SRX. I was able to schedule service with one day notification(I was expecting it to take several days for an opening), my routine maintenance was taken care of along with slow leaks in two tires caused by road debris. Jennifer Martinez, my service representative met me as I drove up, confirmed the maintenance to be completed and arranged for my loaner. She called later with an update and when I could pick up the car. She was excellent and further validated why I take my Cadillac to Covert Cadillac.

Once again I found everyone extremely helpful. The lady at the desk was efficient, helpful, and friendly. The young man who met me on the driveway was cordial, helpful, and directed me inside to start the paper work on a loaner while he went to get my service rep, Jason. Jason took care of everything in a professional manner and my car was returned to me, washed(!), and everything had been taken care of! I appreciated the fact that even though my car wasn't registering any malfunction with On Star, my concerns were treated with respect and the technical people did a thourough job ov checking everything. I was also able to get my windshield chip fixed while the car was being serviced and that saved me time! I am very impressed with the service I receive at Covert. I had been told that they were excellent and it was one of the reasons I bought my car from them. Thanks to all who help when it is necessary to have my car in the shop!

Great dealer
At 72 yrs old, you've been thru many, many vehicles, repairs,etc. Jennifer called us the status of the vehicle and informed us when the repair is going to be complete. After we got the car back, we got the phone call from Jennifer Martines and she wanted to know we are satisfied with the repair and service. After repair/service are finished never in the past we never hear from the service adviser regarding the satisfaction the service/repair. We were so pleased to have Jennifer Martines as our service advisor. Jennifer Martinez is truly asset to your dealer.

One of the easiest Vehicle Purchase!
I am pleased to say that out of all the dealerships I have been to over the years this one was the most comfortable transaction my wife and I have been through. JT was our salesman and he handed the keys almost upon arrival and let me take it out for lunch with the kids. Returned towards end of day and meet with Mitchel in finance and wow..... smooth in and out and they did not even shove anything down our throat to purchase.....very happy Kevin

Awesome Experience
Impeccable service at Covert Cadillac. Was there last week to get my SRX inspected and of course they recognized a flaw in my insurance card that could have proved to be costly had I been stopped. So grateful for them. Jason Wolk is a very helpful, knowledgeable young man with an awesome future ahead of him. The Service Manger Sherry, remembers your name and greats you like family. I'm a Cadillac owner for life.
