Colton Cooper is great at communicating, ranging from framing what needs to be done or has been found, what is the progress, and what options exist. In each interaction Colton focused on customer empathy and listening. This lead to great results while going through a couple of difficult mechanical issues. Finally, he took accountability and owned the experience.

Derek McNabb is who you need to work with. I called every Cadillac dealership between corpus and Austin, and when I tell you that Derek was the only honest and genuine person I spoke to, I mean it. He was attentive, responsive, and so wonderful to work with. He always worked to get you the best deal, and I cannot recommend him enough. Please do yourself a favor, and make sure you talk to Derek before you sign anything.
