From the very moment we meet our sales person Shane

From the very moment we meet our sales person Shane Hauser he made us feel comfortable. He showed us several vehicles and let us make up our own mind as to which car we would be interested in without any pressure. The application process was straight forward and professional. Overall, we were treated like family. I would recommend Covert Cadillac to my friends and family. I would also like to thank The Finance manager Brian Huerta for understanding our need for good Car deal

I live in California and purchased a vehicle from Covert in Austin TX. Shane Hauser was very helpful, sending me videos and helping me get the shipping arranged after the sale. I am very happy with my experience with this dealer!

Thank you Shane and Brian for making my buying process smooth and simple! All I had to do was come sign the paperwork! I highly recommend them! They were very professional and listen to my needs and wants!I will definitely work with both them again in the future! I am pleased with my purchase. I am forever grateful !

They are terrible at setting customer expectations.

They are terrible at setting customer expectations.about cost and duration of needed service. Went in for a flat tire. Took all day and said simple puncture could not be repaired. Total cost over $300.

David was so amazing to work with!

David was so amazing to work with! We called asking about an Escalade ESV well after 6p. He got us pictures, video and got my car appraised site unseen with pics and info we shared. He also got numbers together that night so we could drive the next morning from Houston to Austin to sign the paperwork and drive our new vehicle home! We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. It was well worth the 2.5 hour drive there to be able to work with David! We loved Armen our finance guy as well! Very knowledgeable and they were both a pleasure to deal with!

They tried to squeeze every penny out of you for a highly overpriced car. Started at $5,000 over book value!!!! Very poor car salespeople in the company. Don't know how the negotiate for a reasonable deal
