I attempted to purchase a 2018 Cadillac CTS ZSport from

I attempted to purchase a 2018 Cadillac CTS ZSport from Covert today. The ZSport does not come from the factory with a spare tire, pump or jack. There isn’t even a place on the car to set a jack. They are sold with run-flat tires. The used car I tried to buy from them did not have run-flats so a person who bought the car and had a flat would be stranded. Not only that but the ZSport is a performance auto capable of speeds in access of 170 MPH. It is tuned to run on these stiffer tires so it won’t handle as it is designed to without run-flats. It is conceivable that it may even be dangerous to operate the car without OEM tires. They said that they would sell me replacement tires. I refused saying that they are a Cadillac dealer and know better than to sell me a car without proper tires. They bought it with the wrong tires. It is their responsibility to replace with proper tires. They said tires were “off the table”. What does that tell you about Covert Cadillac? It told me to look elsewhere to purchase a car.

Be very careful bought a Cadilac from here and before I

Be very careful bought a Cadilac from here and before I got home the backs of the seats fell off and they said it's not covered. I only have 44k miles on this car . Service says i need sparkplugs, coolant leak , Infotainment center won't work and an oil leak. This is ridiculous at only 44k miles. I will never get a cheaply made Cadilac again. Be aware. I brought it in again after they charge me $1200 to replace spark plugs saying they were fouled it lasted 2 days I brought it back in they said that spark plugs they put in weren't seated correctly it lasted 3 days I brought it back and it's been in there since now they're warranty is trying not to cover saying I put in some kind of stop leak when they are the only ones that worked on this car. They are now trying to tell me I owe $5,900 for a car they only has 44,000 miles . I bought the premium warranty for it because I was told when I bought the car it was the best warranty the car could get. Do not fall for the extended warranty from them it'd be very aware that they will try anyway they can to get around the warranty. I would give zero Stars if possible please be aware
