My recent purchase @Covert was just as smooth as it was the first time. Chris Tropiano’s communication and honesty were consistent with the first purchase, which is the reason I went to him directly this time around. The level of service that Chris has provided is 2nd to none. I don’t even live in Austin and yet Chris has made this transaction more stress free, than it would have been with any of my local dealers. My cars are so much more enjoyable to drive because the customer experience was so enjoyable. This is a first-rate dealership, and Chris Tropiano is an excellent salesperson. He is extremely knowledgeable about every detail of the 2019 CTS we bought, even going out in the rain to explain technology unfamiliar to us. This is the third car we've bought from Chris, and we will be back when we want another one.

Covert Cadillac Sales Representative Cory Rutherford sold me a XTS Vsport two weeks ago. The vehicle is wonderful beyond belief and so is the personal touch service that Cory provided. There is not room here to explain how hard he worked to make this my most satisfying purchase experience EVER!
