Amazing experience and tremendous customer service

Amazing experience and tremendous customer service. My entire encounter happened through text messaging and phone calls. Once I drove to Austin, I was in and out with amazing service.

Cory and Jerry both helped me a tremendous amount with finding my first car. I went to about 5 different dealerships in search of a good dependable car to finance. Covert Cadillac found me exactly what I was looking for. Making sure I had everything I needed before driving it off the lot. You can definitely count on them to put you in the right car for you too.

Great experience - Cory and the Covert team really...

Great experience - Cory and the Covert team really stepped up and made the car buying experience a memorable one. Even when my car had a few issues after the purchase, they fixed it right away without hesitation. Cars are well maintained and looked after even before purchase. Felt right at home there and will definitely go back when I’m ready for an updated ride.

After over a month of visiting a dozen dealerships I’m glad I came here. Such an amazing experience all thanks to Cory Rutherford! I can’t thank him enough for his guidance and patience. He sold me a used Honda Accord Hybrid and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Cory!!

Cory was the absolute best from start to finish. After...

Cory was the absolute best from start to finish. After running around town to multiple dealerships and tons of test drives later we were hesitant to buy a used car. After meeting Cory we genuinely felt he had our best interests at heart and listened to what we needed for our family. We felt he really advocated for us and if we are ever in the market again will 100% be buying from Cory. Also the dealership was such better quality than the other dealerships we experienced. Again highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality and quality experience.

Talk about customer friendly service....we were offered...

Talk about customer friendly service....we were offered free lunch from Mandola’s Italian Restaurant while my daughter and I waited on financings to be approved. To my understanding Covert Cadillac has local restaurant set up their Food Trucks for customers on most weekends. This is the 4th pre-owned car me or my immediate family has purchased from Covert Cadillac within the past 4 years. And each purchase has been from Chris Tropiano by choice. That’s should say it all.

Chris was very polite and was not pushy as many are in auto sales. He explained all the features of the XT5 very well and was easy to understand. May have been the best auto buying experience I have had.

Worst experience ever. Do not come here

I had to have my car towed in for electrical. No loaners available seems to be the company motto at this dealership. After getting the battery replaced, the car was pulled around to me and the battery light was still on. I was about to pull the car oit whena service message popped up again. I let the service girl know and she took 10 minutes to inform me that the alternator was shot. They had my car sitting all day and couldn't figure that out to I picked it up at 4pm. Still no loaners to help... Shocker... So I was without a car again for the next day. Picking up the following day, I had to wait over an hour while billing had to call back and forth with people trying to get the correct invoice total. Total lack of communication and I will not be back. I will be spreading the word as to how bad this place is.
