Covert Cadillac

Megan is an Outstanding salesperson far exceeding my prior car buying experiences. This is my seventh Cadillac, so I'm loyal to the brand. I'm from Detroit Michigan (Motor City), but as a military veteran and IT contractor I have moved around a lot to different states. Not being from here I googled the closest Cadillac dealership to me in Texas, I was very disappointed, and the service was terrible. Next I found Covert Cadillac and met Megan, she was so nice and empathetic about my prior experience. Megan said she would help me; she was not pushy and put the little apprehension I was feeling at ease. We looked through Covert's great selection of models to choose from that helped me decide on the best car and best deal for my 2017 XT5 Luxury trade-in. I selected a beautiful brand new 2019 XT4 Premium Luxury model. I LOVE IT!!! Jerry Duran was the Finance Manager that worked the deal and I couldn't believe the payments he worked out for me. Jerry was so Professional, and he knows his stuff. He worked with Management, GM financial and Megan to give me a deal that I couldn't believe, and I couldn't refuse. Very COOL!! I highly recommend Covert Cadillac and make sure you see Megan Neutze. Megan checked on the progress of my deal and kept me informed. As promised, Megan did indeed help me... My Escalade was in perfect condition as he stated and everything was seamless once I arrived. Arrival to drive out was about an hour. Cory Rutherford at Covert Cadillac is EXACTLY what a salesman should be. Each and every time my wife and I have purchased a vehicle from Covert we always deal with Cory. He goes way above and beyond to make sure that we get the vehicle we want and in our budget. I am very picky when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and Cory never gets frustrated with me in my choosing process. He looks repeatedly for exactly the make and model that I am after. And after the paperwork is signed, he stays in contact to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase. Cory is extremely accommodating before, during and after the purchase. Working with Chris was great. From the beginning, with Amanda, I was treated courteously and with professionalism. Amanda was able to get me in touch with Chris and communication via email and text worked great with my schedule during the week. This made the process extremely easy and efficient. Chris was able to get me a great deal on a BMW and had my car ready to go within a day; even had it delivered to my house in Dallas! All I can say is Covert went above and beyond and Chris never felt pushy throughout the process. I'm glad I was able to find Covert online through CarGurus. Chris guided me through everything to make sure all i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Definitely one of the easier car buying processes I've done.
