Covert Cadillac

I have had bad experiences with car salesmen before so when my wife and I went shopping for cars I fully expected it to get confrontational at one point or another. We went to Covert first. The salesman was fantastic. Not only was he not pushy, he was very knowledgeable. You could tell he knew his stuff. He answered all of our questions promptly without hesitation. Covert has a real asset in Roger and Armen.

Chris handled both the selling of my old car and the buying of my pre-owned Cadillac with great professionalism. He knew I wasn’t sold on the interior color, and he compensated me in the final price which was awesome. I think I got a great deal, which is all you can hope for. Thanks Chris and Covert Cadillac!

I personally try to stay away from salesman as much possible, but my experience with Covert Cadillac was great. Our salesman Cory was very kind and not at all aggressive about the sale. He was also very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. It is obvious that he goes out of his way to help his customers, as if they are friends of his. They also had the best deal available in the area which was an obvious plus. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, especially if you are dreading buying a car!

Provided Bradley Allen with our criteria, and shortly thereafter we had options presented to us. Found the car we wanted, but changed our mind and went with an SUV. Throughout the process, Bradley made the process simple and enjoyable, and now we are driving the dream!

So I am the type of person that doesn't have a whole lot of patience and I don't have a lot of time to waste... that is why I go to Bradley Allen when I need to buy a car. He is the best!! Not only is he awesome, but everyone at Covert Cadillac is so friendly and the financial team is on point. When it was time to purchase the vehicle we were in and out in 45 mins!!! No hassle and no unnecessary questions. The truck we just bought is the second vehicle we have bought from Bradley and we could not be more pleased!

Chris responded to my Auto-Trader email from the evening before by 9am the next morning. He asked all the right questions and helped me get info about a car in Bastrop. I called up Chris Tropiano a few weeks back for the third time in 2 years looking for a nice reliable car for my daughter Jackie. My son JR purchased a 2009 SATURN AURA 4DR from Chris before he left for college and my oldest daughter JoLinda purchase a 2013 FORD FOCUS 4DR when the 2009 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN SPORTS WG, skipped a timing chain last spring. Jackie and I started our search online and then went into the dealer to test drive a Toyota Yaris, but quickly decided the car was too small and decided to look further.
