I always enjoy my time at Covert Cadillac whether it is for maintenance or a new purchase. I recently purchased a new car from Covert. My salesperson is always Connie Mathews and my service manager is always Nathan Mackey. If needed, I wait for them to handle all my needs. The service desk, Kristi especially, handles all of the paperwork for me in an expedited manner. Whatever I need they make possible.

Service

I arrived without an appointment because my SRX had trouble with its electronics. I had experienced problems while traveling alone to Dallas the day prior and I was frightened that something catastrophic was happening with my car. The service team took care of me right away. As luck would have it, the only service required was to replace the battery. I'd like to thank everyone who worked so diligently to assist me.

Great services!

I dropped into Covert Cadillac without a pre arranged appointment,I was cordially greeted an assisted by a very competent & courteous service writer. He kept me appraised with progress on my vehicle. This service writer is definitely a keeper.

What you see is what you get!

I reached out to Cory based on a Sequoia with low miles that I found on the Covert website. I've been looking for a pre-owned Sequoia with specific features for the past 7 months so I've dealt with more sales people than anyone should have to... some were OK at best, but most simply were not. Cory is a man with great character which makes him stand out! His character and values showed throughout our communications, but are most apparent now that I am reflecting on the overall experience. Cory and I worked out all of the details of my potential purchase before I ever arrived on site (this was extra important to me because I was driving in from out of town). When I arrived, the Sequoia was exactly as described, in top notch condition, and the actual transaction was as smooth as possible... there was never an attempt to change the details of the deal we had prearranged! It was such a great experience working with Cory!

Super Easy Experiencee

This was the 3rd car we have bought from Joe Joseph and Covert Cadillac and they have always been fantastic. Joe made my life super easy and had everything done just with a few texts and emails. Will definitely buy from him and Covert again.

Others closer, none better.

Yes, there is a somewhat closer Cadillac dealer to my home. However, I've come to feel so at home and at ease at Covert that I keep coming back! There is a level of service and friendliness that is consistently experienced. Everything is explained, every effort made to meet even unexpected service needs. Thanks, everyone!

Great Services!!!

I purchased a used 2009 Cadillac CTS from a dealer other than Covert Cadillac. First day after having the vehicle the OBD II (check engine) light came on... I called Covert and they scheduled my vehicle for service the next day! I was informed quickly of the problem and how much it would cost; my car is running even smoother!!!
