Purchasae of new vehicle

Purchased Grand Cherokee- Was an easy process that took less than 2 hours. Brandon Flem made the process easy by listening and understanding my family's needs- Although the vehicle was not in stock, the vehicle was found and delivered with 48 hrs- experience was quick, easy with no pressure- Thank you

New Ram

2nd truck from GV. Did my research, showed up knowing what I want and they made it smooth and easy. Left with a good deal, fair trade and the exact vehicle I wanted.

Glad I went

I had a very great experience with grapevine dealership. I have been trying to get a car for months everyone wanted ridiculous amounts down, but they stuck to what I could afford as well as my down payment and I was able to get a 2015 Ford Focus even with my challenge credit. I will recommend them to anyone Toni was great and Stephanie was awsome. Loved everything about the dealership!

If you want a car fast, this isn't your place

I initially inquired about a car that had a very good price on their website and got a pretty quick response from the saleswoman. My needs were very simple, I wanted to see a few pictures of the car and then negotiate a price on it. My salesperson was extremely kind and worked with me, but took forever to send the pictures. By the time she finally got them to me I needed only look at them for a bit and then I made up my mind that I wanted to go for the car. While she was nice and helpful, she continued to put everything off. I finally got tired of waiting for her to return my calls/emails and emailed her the offer I wanted to make that I was already willing to do the morning of the day before this. When I finally got the response it was to inform me that the car had sold the previous evening. Had I been able to make a deal with her in the morning, or even the day before that (like I had intended) she might just have gotten a sale, and I would have gotten the car I wanted. Very unhappy that I missed the chance to get this car because of poor communication. Take or leave this review, just thought I would share my experience.

Lewis Diaz was the best

Purchased a brand new car Lewis did everything he could. Now I'm driving a brand new dodge.

Best Service ANYWHERE!

Grapevine Dodge is so great on so many levels! Last week we bought our 5th vehicle from manager Kirk Wilson and his excellent team of people. John from sales never pressured us (we've never felt the least pressure from anyone there. Whew! That's a relief!). He knew all about the truck and truthfully told us what we wanted to hear and even a couple of things we didn't want. Christine has always been so good about follow up and information. She and John really know their stuff!! Allen was as always right on top of our fanancials. We traded our 2010 ford for a 1/2 ton Ram in 2012 (we LOVED that truck!). Then we bought a used Lexus. Last year, We traded our 1/2 ton for a 2015 3/4 ton Ram (the same Longhorn package, we just needed something bigger) and last week we traded the Lexus in for another 1/2 ton Lonestar (most gorgeous truck on any road) Ram. We couldn't be happier with every one of the vehicles we bought from grapevine. It's well worth our long drive there, for the best bargains in Texas! We also keep going there for the good people working there. My family have bought a lot of new cars and trucks, but we've never been loyal to a company like we are to grapevine. They are just the best.

Everything went smooth and quickly!

I thought my experience was going to be poor because initially when I drove up on my appointment day, without any questions I was told I would need to come back 30+ days because they were booked. Soon after I informed the sales advisor that I have already confirmed my appointment for the day of and I will be expecting service promptly I was finally appointed to an EXCELLENT service advisor. Nona James. I was in and fixed with in 2 days (my compressor was broken) she was understanding, friendly, great customer service and welcoming. Whenever I return she will be the only one I request.

Service was excellant

The Service Adviser, Joshua, was very professional and personable. He gave an estimate for the work that needed to be done. He kept me informed and the work completed was actually less than the original estimate. My Jeep was returned to me clean and ready to go when I arrived at the service department. I have always had service work on my Jeep her and will now be taking my wife Challenger there for service calls.

Good service

We are in our fifth truck/car (this week) to buy from Kirk Wilson. We keep coming back for a litany of reasons, only one being; his customer care. I don't know how else to put it, he seems to cares out our best fit. The store is beautiful, everyone is very nice. The dodge trucks are great! Mark did a great job helping us out this time.
