I have to say this dealer has Excellent customer service. I have been shopping for about 5 months for the perfect Jeep and Grapevine Jeep did everything to make sure that my deal went smoothly once I located my vehicle. Mitchell was very attentive, and worked FOR me to get what I wanted. Alan in Finance was great at explaining everything and handling all the details. I generally HATE the process of buying cars, but they had the one I wanted, and I drove 2 hours to get there (3 to get home!) and they made it all worth it. It was actually an enjoyable experience! Even though they are 80 miles away, I will go there FIRST next time I'm in the market for a new car!
