Chrysler 300C routine oil change

Great service area. They performed the service needed and were very cooperative in every way. They stand behind their customers and seem to do quality work

Second purchase from them. I recommend.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot in July and was so happy with my purchase and the way I was treated minus being a little impatient, but I get it. It's a business. I basically found the car prior to coming in and was able to work out everything once I was there. I ended up totaling my Jeep just a couple of weeks ago and came back to Grapevine to get a new car. I was a little worried about all the kinks being worked out between my insurance, lienholder, gap, etc. on the old car before purchasing a new on, but that really was not a huge issue for me. I was able to purchase a newer version of the same car the same day that I went out there (so glad) and was really happy with my new 2016 Jeep Patriot. Negotiating was not my favorite thing to do, but I'm glad that it worked out and I really appreciate Brandon's help and Mr. Arceneaux in finance. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend they go in knowing what they want and knowing all the fine details with the process!

New Grand Cherokee Summit

Joseph was excellent from the moment we set foot in the dealer. No pressure, very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He showed us every feature and how to use it or program it. We are very happy about the treatment and his attitude toward us. Definitely will recommend the dealership to friends and family.

Highly Recommended

I recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Grapevine DCJ. I had a great experience. Although they were initially hesitant to come down in price to comparable vehicles at other dealerships, they eventually came down to a fair price. The buying process was easy and everyone at the dealership was friendly. I also enjoyed working with my salesman, Aaron Raney.

Great deal, great service!

The whole process beginning to end was handled superbly! Gavin was knowledgeable, patient and completely focused on making sure I was well taken care of. Deal was great too! Would highly recommend this dealership.

2014 Dodge Ram purchase

We arrived at the dealership late on a Saturday night after looking at trucks all day at various Dallas dealerships. Upon our arrival I presented a print out of the vehicle that we were there to look at to Shaun Livar he reviewed the document and immediately said we were at the wrong dealership but he had the perfect truck for us if we wanted to look at it. We looked at the vehicle and found exactly what we needed. We negotiated a price point and completed the financing that very night with Joshua Zimmerman. Both Shaun and Joshua went above and beyond to accomodate our needs and meet our high expectations. Every dealership in Dallas could learn a thing or two from these two gentleman in regards to Integrity,Honesty, Efficiency and above all Customer Satisfaction.

New Wrangler purchase

Buying process was way easier than at other Jeep dealers. I came prepared and my preparation was recognized by sales manager. Closed deal same day at a much better deal than competitors. Competitor tried to sell a cheaper Jeep vs yielding any on trade value. Grapevine also had real chairs for me to sit in vs hard benches at other dealer.

2016 Jeep Wrangler

My experience with this dealership continues to get better with each visit. I originally bought a new 2015 jeep wrangler limited in august, but really wanted a different color that what was available. the manager told me he would work a deal when the new 2016's came in the color I wanted. he kept me up to date on the expected ETA and when it came in he kept his word by taking my 3 month old 2015 and giving me a great deal on the 2016.
