Outstanding dealership

Just purchased a 2014 Ram 1500. I am not a fan of purchasing new vehicles. The entire process just seems to be gut wrenching. However, this transaction was excellent. Sales team, manager, and finance all worked to get me more vehicle than I expected for less money. Really gave me the impression that they were listening to what I wanted. A great dealership. Thanx to all.

2015 Dodge Journey R/T

Great Service! wonderful people who worked hard

worked hard to get me a good deal. wanted to make sure I was a satified customer and gave me a fair dollar amount on my trade in. they wanted my business and treated me very well. I recommend them.

John Ward was very knowledgeable

John Ward and the group from grapevine dodge were very patient. We had a lot of questions about the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. With all the options available, John was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we picked up the car everything had been gone through and was perfect. Thank you John

2014 ram

Fasted car deal ever. I only buy new and sometimes it takes forever. Allen Salyers was friendly and helpfull a person I've ever worked on a deal with.

Always the best!!

Purchased my 2013 200 from Obi in January 2013.......smooth transaction! Every visit to GCDJR for maintenance on my car is ALWAYS perfection. My car now has just over 20,000 miles and I just had it serviced oil change/tire rotation etc., this past Saturday. I was helped by Ebby. He was so professional and service oriented. I watched him interact with many customers while I waited. He approached each customer with conversation and treated them like they were family!! Go Ebby! Keep up your excellent work! You may not have interaction with EVERY customer, but we are all watching!! I could see you genuinely care about your customers! That means alot.

Customer Service

My salesperson Peggy, was very knowledgeable in her craft, she determined the problem before a mechanic looked at my car. The service was excellent and I admired how much she knew about cars, the service made me feel like I was treated fair. Peggy help me with a rental car and went beyond her duties to make sure I was completely satisfied.
