Service a step above others!

There are many places you can take your vehicle for service these days, but I personally go back again and again to the service center at Infiniti Camelback because they are truly a step above the others! When you pull into their super clean drive-thru service center, you are instantly greeted with a smiling face and a handshake welcoming you! My particular service advisor, Josh Munsil, has been working with me since I bought my vehicle in the fall of 2013, he knows me by name and is always super helpful! He carefully documents all my needs and even has helpful suggestions that cater to my vehicle needs! My last visit was for a headlight issue and while there, they found a leak in the rear assembly and it was covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty saving me $1800! This kind of attention to detail doesn't go un-noticed by me, this is service above others! I am the first in my family to own an Infiniti and it's truly been great! Sure the waiting area amenities are nice, but it's the people that make the REAL experience come to life!

excellent Customer service

Shelbyville in the shop is amazing always takes great care of my boyfriend and I not to mention our "baby" (the car). Mark helped us out of our G25 and into a new Q50 which was awesome and he was just great. Lon took the time to come out to my home and help with the infiniti touch issues I was having and was very patient and helpful. Thank you all ! Tara and Alfonso

New Garage Door Opener Installation

Amazing Experience

I had a fantastic experience working with everyone at Infinity on Camelback. When I received a call asking to do a home visit I thought I was dreaming. Lon showed up and spent almost two hours going over all of my options showing me how everything worked. I felt great when Lon left and am confident i can utilize all my options with out any problem. Great Experience!

"Lon Williams is the best!"

Lon Williams was and is my Client Loyalty Manager and he was simply the icing on the cake for my experience with Infiniti on Camelback. He came to my home to show me all the bells and whistles of my new Infiniti Q50. He walked me through the operation of my new vehicle and spent nearly 2 hours. He was patient and at no time did I feel rushed. My experience with him alone makes them my #1 dealership in the valley. I look forward to working with him during my time of ownership.
