Client Loyalty Manager simply the best
Lon Williams was and is my Client Loyalty Manager and he was simply the icing on the cake for my experience with Infiniti on Camelback. He came to my home to show me all the bells and whistles of my new Infiniti Q50. He walked me through the operation of my new vehicle and spent nearly 2 hours. He was patient and at no time did I feel rushed. My experience with him alone makes them my #1 dealership in the valley. I look forward to working with him during my time of ownership.

Best car experience.
The Cars . com showed me the exact car I wanted at a price I knew was great. After contacting the dealership and test driving the car I was ready to buy. Price, mileage and options were all my priority. Infinity of Camelback wrote up the contract and I drove away in my new car. It was a very easy process. AMAZING!
I have never experienced a car buying experience like this before! The staff and the support people were extremely helpful in teaching me how to use my new car! My Infiniti QX80 is the most luxurious car I have ever owned and the experience with this dealership was as well. I cannot see owning any other type of car in the future! I highly recommend anyone to go here!

"Whole experience!"
After a 5 year hiatus from my last Infiniti, I decided to give his brand one more try. My initially goal as I entered the dealership was just look at the new Q50 and compare it to the other brands I had already seen. Immediately I was kindly greeted by James Bakalar. I was blunt on what I was there for. I was thinking, "here we go....attack of a the car salesman!" Well that never happen! He was professional and detailed on his approach and presentation. He asked me " what do you look for in a car?" I replied ... a "mobile office and power!". After testing driving the Q50S and tinkering with its gadgetry, I was sold! In general, the whole Infiniti team made this experience well worth it! A special thanks to Lon Williams. Two days after my purchase I was still overwhelmed with the new technology. Doorstep service was provided as Lon Williams came to my house over the weekend to give me a educational tutorial. After two hours, I felt more in tune with my vehicle. One more thing.....he offered to give me a gas card for using my gas! Thumbs up!!

As Good as it Gets!
The process changed for me the moment I stepped into the dealership. I had looked at other cars and dealers but knew I had come to the right place for me. It was as good as it gets. The aftercare feature is outstanding and I very much appreciate the personal help and attention to get me acquainted with the new aspects of the Infinity which were different from my 2004 G35. Overall I am impressed with the entire experience.

Very helpful
I am very happy with my purchase from this dealership. Everything went really smooth and they even sent a guy out to the house to go over the technology with me and my wife. He showed us how everything works and even set my wife's key to Spanish so she could navigate the system better. Great dealership!
