We saw a Jeep online so we took a chance and drove over 300 miles to see it met Ira super guy very pleasant and professional. The whole experience was so smooth got the deal we wanted couldn't be more pleased thanks again to the whole crew

After submitting a inquiry about the vehicle listed. I was contacted by the dealership. I asked if the vehicle was available and the dealer representative stated that it was. She asked if I wanted to schedule a time to view and test drive the vehicle. I told her yes. She schedule appt. A few mins later a salesperson called and said the vehicle had a deposit and being sold that day. I asked why the person calling didn't know that and he said. " well the people back in that department has no idea what's available and what's not. Immediately tried switching me to a different vehicle type. I declined and found one same make and newer at another dealer and purchased.

Purchased a demo vehicle with less than 3000 miles.

Purchased a demo vehicle with less than 3000 miles. The low tire pressure warning came on around 15 miles on the way home from the dealership. All the tires were under inflated. One week later with hardly any use, the windshield washer fluid was empty. When negotiating price, they was trying to add extra cost for bogus anti-theft service, rear pulsing brake light that was over priced and potentially illegal in my state, and also a pinstripe on the sides of the vehicle, also over priced.

I felt like my time was wasted, with Romain Buick. I Believe being Black without the greatest credit score. They kept telling me either the Vehicle I wanted was sold or they couldn't put me in it.But kept trying to put me in something they knew I couldn't afford. Don't do Business with them.

Purchase a Jeep from Romain and yes it has issues but service manager Joe did address them and all was fixed highly recommend this dealer see Jacob in sales he went above and beyond to make me happy its good jeep and clean ...you won't find a better dealer in Evansville
