Do not use for repairs

Took the vehicle in for a recall and a couple other things that needed done. Pricing was pretty ridiculous but I needed some of these things done quickly. When I got my car back, it had new problems. I was told that it was just a coincidence that a hose broke while they were working on it and that there was a new rattling noise from one wheel. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they doubled down on saying the new issues could not have possibly been their doing and tried quoting me over $3000 on a bunch of issues I did not ask for. A small task I was able to do in an hour or two for $30, they quoted for over $500.

Avoid this place

If you’re looking to buy a used car I would avoid this place. They sold me a Toyota and coincidentally 2 days later the transmission failed and they refused to make it right. Sad and shameless way to conduct business. Wish I could give them less than 1 star but it won’t let me

Grant, We are sorry to see this review. It looks as if prior to purchasing the vehicle, you had gotten it inspected a few times. On top of our own inspection, you decided to take it to another shop to make sure that everything looked good, and it passed each time. You proceeded to purchase the vehicle as is and had some transmission issues later on. We understand your frustrations and offered to have it diagnosed in order to further assist you. Have purchase 3 cars here since 2017. All have been purchase with Tyler Emmett and the purchase experiences has been great. Tyler is a professional salesperson, straightforward, honest and friendly. Romain should be proud that Tyler represents them in their business. As of now, my next vehicle purchase will be a Subaru and will be with Tyler.

I have purchased four vehicles from Romain Subaru since 2018, I have had an excellent experience each time. Recently purchased two vehicles from the same salesman Malcom Cook which I highly recommend. Everyone was friendly and willing to work with my wife and I. Over the years I have also had all my services done with the service department, including, maintenances, recalls, and repairs, I have had exceptional service no matter what the situation was. In my personal experience they have treated myself and family exceptional.
