Purchase was smooth.

Purchase was smooth. Ernesto and Nick were fantastic to work with. Further, ran across an issue where the used vehicle I bought had expired tires placed on it before the previous owner traded it in. I brought it to their attention, and they covered my cost to replace the defective tires. Top notch group, service and people.

Romain cares!

Excellent service from beginning to end! This was a routine oil change and tire rotation and everything went as scheduled with no issues identified.

Tyler Emmett was great to work with. He was patient and knew the answer to all of our questions. Our Forester has been great for us so far. I’d go back to Tyler and Romain Subaru again

Recently ordered a 2023 Subaru Outback.

Recently ordered a 2023 Subaru Outback. The process was seamless. Tyler Emmett our salesman, kept us updated on expectation of delivery. When the car was delivered Tyler spent a great deal of time going over all the features and helped set up apple car play. Highly recommend Romain Subaru and Tyler Emmett.

Terrible Customer Service

Worst experience I've ever had! The preowned department is clueless and has no concept of customer service. I put my vehicle on-line for sale and received numerous messages from Lydnsey with Romain to bring it in. I took the 45 minute trip, they kept me their for at least 40 minutes so multiple people could look at my car. Then Lydnsey told me the car was immaculate, but it wouldn't do well on their lot and gave me a low unreasonable offer! Seems like nothing be a scam, so don't waste your time!
