BUYERS BEWARE…my wife purchased a brand new Hyundai
BUYERS BEWARE…my wife purchased a brand new Hyundai sonata in 2021, after the FIRST Hyundai Santa fe she had that the transmission went out within 2 years. At less than 15k miles it left her on the side of the road because of bad fuel injectors. ( the brand new Hyundai sonata) Okay, things happen, they fixed it under warranty. Fast forward to about 40k miles on the car and her car shuts down, can’t accelerate because of the same issue. Fuel injectors. She’s 8 months pregnant and left on the side of the road in the middle of the summer because the SAME problem that left her stranded the first time. The dealership tells me that they will try to get her car in the same day to take a look but can’t give her a rental until they diagnose it. After 5 hours of waiting they finally said yes, that they would give her a loaner in the meantime. Fixed under warranty yes, but having to fix the same issue twice on a car with less than 50k miles is insane. Amber weaver, in service was the only one to seem empathetic on making this situation right. Learn from our mistakes. After 2 vehicles bought here we have definitely learned ours.

He is an energetic and passionate salesman, who will extend his time, share his vehicle and inventory knowledge with you, and work to put you in the vehicle that best suits your needs and desires. I didn't feel burdened with any high pressure sales pitches that left me traumatized and was not riddled in incessant emails, calls, or with pushy sales pitches post visit. Travis took his time and was open to listening and responding. If you are in the market for a Hyundai,...or other vehicle...I believe you will find Travis a great fit to help you select a vehicle that will suit your needs without feeling like you have been locked in the office unable to escape. I had also been looking at Lexus dealerships in area...and what a difference between Travis taking time to fulfill your requests and needs and being there for you as opposed to short, abrupt, indifferent reps pushing quick sales and seeking exclusively to line their own pockets. Fantastic customer care from Maddie Barton, Charlie Simmons and Lee Falk. They made the purchase so easy, even though I had an expired drivers license, they worked with me and the bank to get the financing approved. They sent a driver up with the new car, the paperwork and took our trade-in back, all in the same day.Love our purchase! Maddie was so easy to work with on the sale and treated us with upmost respect and courtesy. The car we purchased, a 2023 Lincoln navigator, was everything they said it would be and was exactly as represented. We would work with Maddie and her team again any day! Go see her, you will not be disappointed. Do not be hesitant to work with her online either, fantastic experience overall.

They will try to tell you they are selling you a car with
They will try to tell you they are selling you a car with a clean history, they consider OVER $9500.00 in repairs the previous month clean!! Wasted my time and money, call your insurance agent or CarFax before wasting your time, this is NOT AN HONEST ESTABLISHMENT! I had several people at this dealership tell me how long they had been there, my only thought was I wouldn’t admit I had been ripping people off that long to someone’s face! Buyer beware!

Worked with Bret Coburn, He is very helpful and straight forward. I told him what we were looking for and $$ we wanted to spend. He found that vehicle on the lot, from start to finish in 3 hours, looking at the Kona, test drive and out of finance.

My worst encounter with a car dealership: Southtown Hyundai in Newnan. Stay away! Incompetent service department. First visit for a cracked windshield resulted in ripped fabric and a scratched screen; they apologized and fixed it. Second visit for an oil change led to a massive oil spill due to a forgotten cap. They towed it back, redid the oil change, but engine cleaning chemicals damaged my front bumper. Shockingly, they initially blamed me, only admitting fault after presenting evidence. They refuse responsibility, shifting blame onto customers for their own mistakes. Stay cautious! [

Reassured them that I was traveling along way and needed to be sure that these cars were on their lot available for me to see today. Showed up after an hour long trip to find out none of the vehicles they had promised me were actually in stock.buyer beware
