Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My brake lights would not go off on a Saturday afternoon and the service dept. was closed. One of the sales reps (he wore a boot on one foot) was so helpful in finding out the problem and doing a temporary fix until I could bring it in on Monday. Great customer service!!!

I brought my 2019 Genesis G90 under manufacturer warranty by transport to the service department for a voltage issue that caused the car to not start. Well to make a long nightmare short I was charged $400 for a battery then charged 4 labor hours to determine what they need to properly fix the issue. Every time I called I was given from rats eating the wires, not enough technicians to work on the car etc. 6 days later I had to get the vehicle towed after I was told they needed to remove the engine and transmission! Well I had to pay $833 for nothing. The next day I was called from their customer service department and asked for the GM to call because I'm sure this would have never happened at another dealership. So far no call and the car is still broken

My dealing with Southtowne Hyundai of Newnan was with the service department and particular with Gustavo Sigaloff. I couldn't have ask for anyone better. He was very professoinal and kept me abreast of what was going on and had the work completed in a timely manner.
Terri in the service department made it real easy and pleasant to have the maintenance done to my Palisade.
Nikki was attentive to my needs and even reviewed the check list that I received from my first visit to make sure that all the suggested services were done.
