Great service overall. Difficult so schedule service on website this time but no problems when I phoned the service department and got an appointment the next day. Waiting area is fine. Not luxurious but perfectly adequate. Have used this dealership and service department for the past 15 years and have always been satisfied with the level of service received. Would recommend it.

I called and made an appointment to have my recalls serviced on my car. Kerri was very nice and helpful. Even found my appt under my maiden name when I gave the wrong last name. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. My car was done very quickly and they even looked at something extra I asked about when dropping my car off.

Quick service only had to wait about an hour. Terri was friendly and knowledgeable about my car. Other employees are always helpful and check on customer in waiting area.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My brake lights would not go off on a Saturday afternoon and the service dept. was closed. One of the sales reps (he wore a boot on one foot) was so helpful in finding out the problem and doing a temporary fix until I could bring it in on Monday. Great customer service!!!
