We were looking for a 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness wanting a little more ability for taking the Crosstrek on some trails. After checking out some of the available cars in the area online we noted that Lou Fusz had a lot of choice so decided to head there. Chris welcomed us and right away made us feel comfortable. The whole process from test drive to the trade in and actual purchase was very relaxed and easy. Chris talked us through all of the options and was able to answer all of our questions. This was the best experiences we ever had buying a car. The Crosstrek Wilderness is our 4th Subaru, but it got us our first experience with Chris and the Lou Fusz dealership. We will definitely come back.

Professional staff, didn't push too hard, gave me options and sold me the best car I've ever owned. I've owned 4 and driven 10+ family owned Subarus. In my opinion there is not a better, reliable, safe car on the road. I trust Subaru to take care of any problems I might have as they have done it before graciously. I've only had a few recalls; issues and they stood behind their product and fixed it. SHARE THE LOVE.

Sales portion was alright - a little irritating when they don't budge much from their posted price even though the average price of the car sold in the area is lower, but you know going in that sales is terrible to deal with anyway. Finance portion was irritating. If I say no to something, don't ask further questions. You can call it education all you want, but if I didn't request the education and actively said not interested - then hurry up, process my paperwork, and let me get on my way.

This process was much better than other dealerships I went to. Way nicer and less scams.
