Stay away from this place !!!! They sold me a bad Lexus Es 350!!!! They are nice till you sign those papers !!!!!!! Never again will i ever come back here again . I was better off buying my Lexus from Lexus . Now I’m stuck with a car that doesn’t drive and still paying for it monthly . Worst experience ever ! When i brought it to their attention , she said that’s not our problem . Sometimes you are better off going to the big name dealership vs these small pops shop dealerships on the Side of the road . Yes you’ll pay more money but you won’t be stuck with a car you can’t drive at all .Worst customer service. The owner does not care and will not care . Make a quick buck and will act like you never bought a car from them .

I bought an suv from this dealer ship. Chevy 2020. I was told it was a minor accident and I’m excellent condition. That was a lie. Do not trust these people. This is a xxxxty place. This is a junk dealer shop. They are nice til you sign those papers. Once you sign them. They I’ll not answer your phones. They said the car was in good condition and I had three kids with me. Driving from GA to Tennessee. Thank for nothing happened. On our way home. We had to stop at a gas station every apple miles. Literally every 10 miles to put air in tires. Turns out both of the axels were in such bad condition. I was told by 3 different mechanics you were lucky nothing happened or else you could have lost your family. This car had so many problem. I’ve bought it a month ago and it is still at the shop trying to get it fixed. It had 3 to 4 different similar paints on the car. I’ve called and spoken with David which he is the devil sales rep and I’ve spoken with the owner who is worse than David. They have no customer service. They treat people like they are nothing. I will never ever recommend this place. Don’t trust them. Don’t buy from them.

They promise me to save the car if I paid a 500 dollar deposit. They did not honor their side of the deal. They sold the care before I could get there.

Possible SCAM. I am sharing photos with dates so you guys know what I’m dealing with. I’ve bought from small dealerships before so I’m not against small dealers, BUT this one in particular has my mechanics shaking their heads too. On 12/24/2021, I bought a 2016 Hyundai Tucson from this lot. You’ll see that this car had 85,052 mile on it when we purchased it. On 01/20/2022 at 85,679 miles you see the check engine light is on as well and the “Check Brake Light” on the screen. That’s not even a month from the date of purchase and only 627 miles driven. I’ve bought cheap, used cars from small dealerships and the only indicator that pops up on the dash is to remind me that it’s time for maintenance. I wrote “possible scam” because I’m waiting to see what the dealership will do about it. I called on 01/20 for someone to tell me that the recon manager will give me a call back as soon as he can, but I didn’t get a call back so I called again the following day and they said to call back on Monday. I know what the “sold as is” term is, but I’m sure the car had more issues than they shared. If you’re deciding if you want to buy a car from this lot, I would pay the extra money to have a mechanic inspect the car OR DON’T BUY FROM HERE.

I currently purchased a car in October still haven’t been able to register. Basically the dealer sold me a car that has lien from previous owners . I don’t understand how you sold me a car without having title on hand. Why do car fax show clear title ,I wasn’t told about not issues previously.

I called Friday inquiring about a car but they never called me back. I have left my email and phone number and my questions and what I ask for is not answered. 5 days later, I give up.

People were nice but the car was so beyond driveable. The spare didn't have any rubber, there were cracks under the body near tires someone had spray-painted. Inspector said you couldn't pay him to put his family or friends in that car. Honestly were not sure how the Carfax is clean on this because there's no way anyone should buy or drive this car. When test-driving it, didn't even feel safe so turned around right away. Deal seemed too good to be true, and it was.
