I bought a cargo van from First Chouce Auto in Smyna 2

I bought a cargo van from First Chouce Auto in Smyna 2 weeks ago. I was well treated and the process was fast without any percivable issues. The only problem is that the car has a broken air conditioner and they did not disclamed it to me. Bad businees practixe and total disregard with their customers.

Dealers failed to listen to customer.

Dealers failed to listen to customer. Dealers continued to invite customer to dealership without actually have vehicle on lot.

Apparently this dealership has no interest in selling

Apparently this dealership has no interest in selling cars. I have reached out and explained what needs to be done to get the deal and I have no heard anything. Not a "sounds like a plan", "this is what we need to do next" nothing absolutely nothing. I'll just take my business elsewhere

I Highly recommend, Wonderful experience

Wonderful experience, Car was clean and priced fair. I purchased a 2021 Chevy Equinox. The whole experience took less then a hour. I Highly recommend

David was a great saleman

David was very helpful thought the hold process. I am a proud owner of a Prius V. Told me about the warranty & the benfits if thats why I got it. Thank you David

Car wasn’t worth my money

Brought a 2013 Infiniti JX35 on 9/22/2023 it put me down on 10/12/2023. Wrote a review bout 2 days ago, the person that sold my the vehicle reached out through email. Soon as I said something about were they trying to fix the vehicle, the email’s stopped and haven’t heard back from them yet.

The salesperson didn't answer clearly, I asked about the car's history report and accident report, and just sent a link to the store, which I couldn't find at all. When I asked about the purchase process from out of state, I didn’t get a clear answer.

Listen if you know what’s good for you.

I wish I could say i recommend this dealership. I wish I could say they care about their customers regardless of situations. Because then this would be a very positive review. This is not that type of review. Obviously when car shopping people warn you to beware of most auto dealers because they just want money, this place is NO different. I bought a 2014 gmc terrain at the very end of may. It looks so nice inside, there’s no check engine light, sure at the end of June it had to get new brakes and a oil change, but I was glad to do that. I felt those were normal to be honest. Well while driving two weeks ago, my engine decided to completely stop working. WHILE driving, which is very dangerous I may add. I was on Holcomb bridge and the car just stopped accelerating. No check engine light still but when you hear that ticking, you already know what time it is. I took it to my mechanic and as I pulled up, they told me my car sounded trash and of course upon further inspection they basically told me my engine was done, I asked why and they asked me when did I put oil in it. I said at the end of June. They tell me that there’s no way I ran through all that oil within a month of getting my oil changed. I also got a second opinion and they said there was something obviously wrong with the car before we purchased it and that’s that. So. It’s been two weeks, I’m out of a car, and we are still making payments on a vehicle that needs 5000-7000 dollars in repair when the car itself was about 12000 dollars. And I’m sorry but I’ma regular person who does not have that kind of money to pull out my…. Anyways, I’m sure they may have some nice cars, and yes their staff are obviously going to be very nice to you, that’s the point. They were accommodating, and “understanding” But YOU just understand that they do not give one SH¡t about you. You are nothing but a check to them. So bring mechanic with you if you can, or shoot, take the car you are test driving to a mechanic before you ever put your trust into any of their employees. You deserve a working vehicle, months after you drive off the lot.
