I had a great experience at 1st Choice Autos

I had a great experience at 1st Choice Autos, They had over 75 trucks to select from. I ended up buying a 2018 Colorado with 78,000 miles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JIM

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Buyer Beware!!! 1st choice may seem to have great prices and large inventory, but be VERY CAREFUL!! The truck we were interested in, was soo pretty, low mileage, and even test drove well. Thankfully, we arranged for Christain Brothers Automative to do a pre-purchase inspection (C.B.A is about a 1/2 mile away from 1st Choice Automotive). For about $80.00 we learned that the truck had been in a major front-end collision (that was not disclosed on carfax), the oil pan seal was leaking, all brakes were nearly metal to metal, all 4 tires needed to be replace, and the diagnostic computer was not working ( may have been purposely altered). Easily $4k of work needed, and potentially much more!! It seems that 1st Choice is buying up a lot of fleet trucks on the cheap (chevy Coloardos in particular). It also seems 1st Choice Automotive then does little more then a spit and polish and sell them to unsuspecting consumers as quick as they can. Apparently, 1st Choice Automotive does not care to do any kind of in house inspections. In my mind, willful ignorance is a kin to outright deception. Do your home work!! Get an inspection, b BEFORE you buy!!

Bad experience!

We picked out a truck, got it financed, got the check from bank, got insurance on it, was about to leave and go pick it up ,and car lot called and said they loaned it out and we couldn't pick it up yet, and they were not sure when it was going to be back at the lot and available for pickup. So I have insurance on a vehicle that someone else is driving and financed a vehicle that someone else is driving and putting miles on. This doesn't even seem legal. So now we are back to square one, and have to find another truck and do the financing and insurance again. I will find a company who wants to work with us, is honest, and ready to sell us a vehicle. Thanks for being a complete waste of our time.

excellent

a reliable SUV that offers a smooth and comfortable ride is a ford explorer. The spacious interior can accommodate a family of up to seven, with plenty of legroom and storage space. The vehicle features a powerful engine, a responsive handling and a user-friendly infotainment system.

Horrible!!!

Horrible!! Debbie and this dealership are criminals! Sold me a vehicle and less than a week later transmission blew up. Mechanic said it was altered to last for a few miles. Really! I am now suing them and recommend no one ever used them unless you want to be screwed. She said she felt bad about it but that's just the way it was. We'll see how bad she feels when I have them in court.

2 Years Later… No Registration

Do your homework and read all the bad reviews. Purchased a 2017 Tacoma from out-of-state and after countless phone calls and back-and-forth conversations, I have yet to receive the registration! Dealer had the audacity to suggest they will be willing to issue a completely new registration to speed up the process due to “lost documentation” if I sign a new contract for the vehicle. New contract had a $5000 markup from the original purchase price. Don’t waste your time, run for the hills.

My experience was fine

Can't lie, the reviews here scared me, but I really wanted to see a vehicle they had. David was great to work with. No backpeddling, no double standards, no interrogation type meeting, just simple honest business. In and out with a new (used) car and did a trade-in in about 2.5 hours.
