I am 2 hours away and inquired online about a truck I saw on the website. The salesman had no problem calling me multiple times that day, we went ahead with getting me approved and I was going to come look at the truck that weekend. Saturday morning comes around and the salesman calls me to tell me that the truck is now in the shop having a timing chain put on. If I pay a $500 deposit they will hold the truck for me once it comes back from the mechanic. Multiple calls to the salesman go completely unanswered the following week, when he finally does answer he informs me someone else sold the truck that I had the deposit on. (Here we are 4 weeks later and the truck is still on the website for $4000 more). He then proceeds to tell me that they just got a truck in that is an even nicer truck and they will let me have it for the exact same price and that my $500 will hold it. I ask for pictures, and for people that know trucks I was looking at an f150 xlt and was now being offered an f150 roush. For the same price? I asked this multiple times and was told yes all they needed to do was put a windshield in and the truck would be ready for me. Well many days worth of phone calls to my salesman go unanswered when finally I had enough and call the dealership and ask for a manager, only to be told the truck can not be sold to me because it has a motor that can not be fixed, and they would find me another truck. I waited 3 days with no calls before I finally demanded my $500 back. I did not mention anyone's name directly because I do not think it was just my salesman from the vibes I got with the manager this entire place is crooked. I bought another truck at another dealership not far from this one I called on a Friday made arrangements and Saturday i had the truck at home, that's how it should work.

I had a great experience with this dealership. Very attentive to my needs and what I was looking for will definitely recommend all my friends and family.

Mosiah is a very kind and helpful salesman but the dealership is very unorganized and apparently doesn’t communicate with each other well. While waiting in the lobby we watched them fail to track down a set of keys for a customer appointment. After 25ish minutes of waiting, they let me test drive a high roof transit and it was exactly what I wanted so I let them know that I wanted it and that I had cash in hand. Mosiah took me to his office to start the paperwork and he went to go find the second key for it. After a few minutes he came back and let me know that there was a problem. They had already accepted a deposit for the vehicle and couldn’t sell it to me. They tried to make it right by taking 2000 bucks off of an ex Amazon prime transit but it was in terrible condition so I passed. I traveled almost two hours to get to them and I would never make another trip to them or purchase a vehicle from them.

Horrible and never again ever !!! Beware !!! They sell cars with bad transmission . I bought a vehicle here and the car only lasted for only a month . They fixed the car to make it last for a while but after that you are on your own when it breaks down after a month . Be very careful !!!!!!!

Suspect Dealership. Golden rule: If the deal looks too good to be true, it is. They have bait vehicles to reel you in, and when you get there to look at it, it’s suddenly came down with the “transmission” flu. Fast forward 3 days later: I called back. Shocker-the vehicle is still on the lot and ready to be “looked at”. I asked if it had any known issues, to which they replied “none that i know of but we can have someone test drive it for you”. This should’ve been taken off the lot, and removed from their website if it truly had transmission issues. You’ve been warned.

First I was a little disappointed because the vehicle I came to see had just sold. Luckily my salesperson was Spencer he was able to get me right. Thanks Spencer 👍
