Fowler VW

I recently purchased 2014 Passat TDI. The initial contact was speaking with Jessy & Jessica, by telephone & texts. Eventually I spoke with Eric, Sales Manager & then Corey in financing. I found the 2014 Passat online the VW website. I live approximately 65 miles from the dealership. Because of the excellent customer service by telephone, I decided to make the drive to the Norman dealership the same day. When I arrived, Mark was there to meet me. Mark road with me for a test drive. He explained all the features before leaving for the drive, & continue during the drive. He is so knowledgeable about the Passat. The car was serviced & ready for me when we finished the finance details. This was en excellent car buying experience. I plan being a customer for life.

I worked with Chris Burrus to get the best car for me. It was in Texas. I could have gone to the other dealership but I specifically wanted to work with Chris. 2 months prior, I was in and test drove several cars with Chris. He was extremely helpful and had a great personality! I've bought several cars in the past but he is by far the greatest salesman I've dealt with. He has kept me in the loop about my vehicle and when it would leave his dealership to come to me. They provided me with a loaner vehicle until my car was ready.

After looking online for a newer used car for my son to trade up, decided on a Scion TC at Fowler VW, this is my 8th car from the Fowler dealerships and all have been great purchasing experiences. This Saturday, we worked with Zack, who took us for a test drive and answered all of our questions and it was very relaxing car purchase. I would recommend Fowler VW for sales and service to anyone looking for a new or used car, Eric was the used car Manager on duty, checked in to make sure everything was good, if we had any questions or concerns. Everybody was super to work with.

They do business the right way. They're all knowledgeable with their Volkswagen line up and present you with the info to make a smart buying decision. Two thumbs up for Fowler Volkswagen!

The staff at Fowler VW in Norman, Oklahoma, are simply Awesome!!! In the last 4 years have, I have bought 4 new VW Jetta TDIs from Fowler VW and I simply will not go anywhere else. Jimmy, Mark and the rest of the new car sales staff are the best I have ever dealt with. They do not pressure you into buying a car and I love it. Eric, the sales manager is great to work with. I came in last October and I wanted the new 2015 Jetta TDI SEL one month before they were officially released into the US market. He diligently searched the USA and found one in Houston. Then he sent a team down to Houston to exchange cars - trading for the one I bought and they drove mine back to Norman. It was delivered to me on the day Eric said it would be. The Service Manager Robert, and his team - Holly and Brian are very courteous and are always following up to ensure I am satisfied with my car and the services done. Robert even went on a short drive with me in my latest car to ensure the service I received was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. However, the main reason I buy my cars from Fowler is because their receptionist Waldi is so very nice and makes everyone feel relaxed and happy to be there. After four years of getting to know the staff at Fowler VW, it is more like meeting up with my friends when I come in, rather than a customer - dealer relationship. If you want the best value for your money combined with the best personal service, not to mention VW is the most practical car you can buy, you cannot beat the team at Fowler VW in Norman! - H. Wesley is the best! Was super easy to buy from but I didn't feel presure to buy which was really nice. We tested 3 cars out and I went with a 2013 sonic it which I love! Would recomend to anyone to go to Fowler! It's a company you can trust.

Got a great deal on a new VW CC R-Line. Two salesmen worked with me on different occasions - Chris and Mark. Both were very knowledgeable about the cars as well as friendly and courteous. Had a BMW to trade in and so got involved with Eric in that aspect. Eric was very knowledgeable on the finance options as well as great to just talk cars with - a true car guy. The staff was very friendly and there were absolutely no high pressure tactics.

I've been driving a VW Passat for the past 3 years and thought I might like to look at some new ones. My husband and I went in to just look around and get some info but left with a brand new Passat. :) After telling Corey what I did and didn't want in a car he had one brought around for me to drive. PERFECT! Exactly what I had asked for. Then Mark took over and answered all our questions about the car. I had no problems with my last Passat and loved the car so it was a no-brainer to drive off with my new one. I don't think I've ever had such a nice and easy experience at a car dealership before. Both Corey and Mark were outstanding! No pressure and they took the time to answer all questions. I love my new car and look forward to what I expect to be a good dealer/owner relationship for the next 3 years. Thanks!
