Fowler VW is great!

I had a great experience at Fowler VW. All of the employees were very nice. The process from start to finish was much more pleasant than I had ever encountered. This is a great place to buy a car.

BEST and easiest car buying experience of my life!

This was the easiest car buying experience of my life. From the moment my husband and I walked thru the doors of Fowler VW we felt like family. Everyone treats you like royalty. I would recommend Fowler to ANYONE!

Best car buying experience of my life!

My boyfriend and I were going to purchase a preowned from another dealership when we wondered into Fowler. We were pleasantly surprised by the laid back atmosphere, especially since we were use to being bum rushed by cutthroat salesmen @ other dealerships. Transparency is key in the way they conduct business. All cars have price tags matching their internet price. The sales consultants are very knowledgable about a wide range of makes and models. The Sales And Finance Managers spent an ample amount of their time active listening to our concerns and finding solutions to everything and then put it in writing! Chris Burrus was our sales consultant and he was fabulous. Extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and caring. After we purchased our vehicle he took the time to explain how everything worked from top to bottom. He also said if I have future questions just give him a call. John is the sales manager and he made us feel like family! Curtis is the finance guy and I trust him... That says a lot because I do not trust easily... I especially never thought I would trust a finance guy at a car dealership! He made me eat those words. I will only buy a car from this group because they have outstanding business ethics, morally sound individuals, and I love the laid back atmosphere! Incredible and the consideration to me was awesome

I hardly have time for recognizing a good business experience, but I believe this one warranted the effort. I absolutely loathe dealer with car repair issues because I have had so many experiences that left me feeling exploited, regardless if it's just perceived or real, but that won't be an issue for me going forward. I ha the good fortune of having Brian Smith from Fowler Volkswagen being at work on a day where the true cost of car trouble would have been hardy limited to just that expense, and any unnecessary charges the least of my concerns, but it happened and unfortunately for him Brian Smith not only absorb the impact this was having on me in a very professional manner, but made me quickly believe I was going to be taken care. With much left out for space, he went way, way beyond excellent service and arranged a number of things on my behalf that were not only way beyond any expectations, reasonable or not, and did it all for free and and hardly deserved. Because my experience with him will be my perception of Fowler volkswagen, not only will I never have served performed anywhere, which btw could not have been done any better at any price, but much less for free, but I can't see a reason to give my business to anyone else, but especially since they actually earned it.

All Fowler dealers should be like Fowler VW

I'm 59 and from Los Angeles. I grew up around Cal Worthington Dodge and the pushiness and when I got here found it in Lynn Hickey. I have to say that our buying experience was a pleasure. Mind you, I didn't need a car, I wanted one. The difference is not having to commit quickly. After testing 3 other cars we decided on the Jetta. Fowler was chosen because he advertises and supports NPR radio. The experience was very laid back. The dealer didn't have the car we had picked but I know they are made in Mexico, not Germany, so it wouldn't take long. But a dealer trade got us exactly what we wanted in 1 1/2 days. The car has had only one minor problem and it was fixed right away. They even let my wife use a courtesy car. I have nothing but praise for Fowler VW, all the employees I have met or talked to. My special thanks go to Jose Santos, our service advisor. He is an asset to your organization.

warranty repair

Rob Lackey went above expectations to make sure I received the best possible price on replacement tires to honor the warranty on one of my damaged ones. That is why I keep coming here. Also assisted by Bryan Tillson.

Repair

Took my car in for engine light which took two weeks to get to, then told me they could not duplicate. Drove from Yukon to show the tech person ther was a air leak. Then they called and said it was ready and drove out there and had another check light and the car is only thirteen months old. They had the car for over eight weeks and during that time they dented my car, and tried to paint it in the parking lot and after two tries they ended up taking to a body shop there in Norman. Got back yesterday and fixed my headliner,my door handle and now I am going to fix the overspray that was left on the tire well.

Very Misleading dealership

I was promised probably 7 times by salesmen, managers, and service department repairs on vehicle if I purchased it. After purchasing it on a Saturday I was told to come back Monday because the service dept was closed so Monday I drove the 45 min drive to Norman where I waited for 3 hours for the service dept to tell me a part was broken and they wouldn't fix it. My wife and daughter tried to reason with the manager after we planned to return the vehicle because the service engine soon light came on and he boldly called my wife and daughter liars saying he never told anyone the car would be fixed. Just very dissapointed that I bought a car and immediately had to do repairs and maintenance on something with such low milage along with being called liars and money and time wasted after about 7 trips up to the dealership for something that was promised. Also called the General Manager several times about the issue and no call was ever returned. My friends and family have been warned never to go to this dealership! Buyer Beware!!!

Bought First VW!

I had an excellent experience at VW in norman, I was so nervous it being my first car buying experience. But the people there made me feel right at home, especially my sales man, William A. Awesome guy, I will def. be recommending him to my friends and family. He knew his stuff in and out.

Great Place, Great People

Me and my fiance went in to check out a car we had found in auto n-v but they no longer had it. However the very friendly sales guy William Avila was very helpful he immediately found us another vehicle that we really liked. He stayed a little late talking and working for us. As well as Chris the finance guy. They were really friendly and worked hard for us. Never dealt with such a great group of people at a car dealership before! Definately a very wonderful and comfortable experience and would recommend them to absolutely anyone!!! They are awesome!
