It was such a pleasure to work with Matt, Ivan and Bibs. Their no pressure approach strongly worked in their favor when compared to the very aggressive sales tactic of another dealership I went to. The other dealership's high pressure turned me off so much that even if I were interested in the brand of car they were selling, I did not want to pursue it further. Customer service was excellent at Patrick. I was not rushed in any way to make a decision while at the same time the staff was very attentive to answer all my questions. I walked out of Patrick feeling like I got the best price available because Ivan was very forthcoming of all incentives and promotions I qualified for. He and Matt also reassured me that any future questions or issues that may arise they would be available. I would highly recommend this dealership!!

The idea of going through the exhausting, frustrating & demanding pressures of trying to work with car salesmen and slick dealerships has kept my husband & I from bothering to look for a new car for me for years. Putting up with an older car having to get more & more repairs was just easier. Seriously, how ridiculous does that sound in today's age of better business models & customer oriented practices? We just never thought that growth would come to the car industry in the shape of a small, joyous woman named Anna Sidiropoulos at Patrick Mini. From the moment we started speaking with her we knew that the industry was changing and like a caterpillar into a butterfly our battle armor slowly shed and years of the bad reputation dealers & salesmen earned began to be wiped away. Can I pinpoint exactly how Anna accomplished this? Probably not. It isn't anything calculating & studied. Her honesy and genuine openness made us feel as if we were shopping alongside a sister or a close friend. An extremely knowledgeable sister or close friend who had our needs and wants in the forefront. Her expertise about every aspect of Mini Coopers & her passion for the car became something we could trust in her rather then suspect. I wasn't sold on the idea of buying a Mini Cooper when we entered the showroom, I was there to gather information and get out. But after spending some time in the refreshing new atmosphere of no pressure and interacting with Anna Sidiropoulos, we knew we wanted to buy a car from her because this was an experience like none other and we weren't about to go down the street and bring our business anywhere else. Walk away & back into the arena of car salesmen that haven't changed and feel like bait as we walk a lot full of cars? Nope. Buying a car doesn't have to be that way & shouldn't be that way! Ok...we have been curious about Mini Coopers for a while now. Monday December 26th we made the trip to Patrick Mini in Schaumburg to learn about them and drive one. We were met at the door by a lovely salesperson named Anna. Anna immediately welcomed us and offered her assistance. We explained our desires and what we needed out of a Mini Cooper. Anna immediately walked us out to the used lot and showed us several Mini's we could choose from. We took a few test drives and fell in love with a 2013 Velvet Silver Metallic hardtop model. Anna was incredibly supportive of our needs and was extremely knowledgeable about the car. She let us test drive the car a couple of times so that we would be sure of what we wanted. We compared automatic to manual and decided on the auto. She explained to us in great detail about the cost, the financing, and the warranty information. She introduced us to the finance manager Joe, who walked us through the details of our financing. He was cool and a White Sox fan on top of it..BONUS! We signed our paperwork and our car was ready in 10 minutes. Anna sat in the car with us and walked us through every single control and feature. She was so friendly and patient. At no time did I feel I was dealing with a typical salesperson. She was more like a friend that loves Mini Coopers and simply wanted to share her love with us. It's been two and a half weeks now and I have to say that we absolutely love our Mini. It has not failed to impress us once. We have driven all over the northern part of Illinois and only gone through one tank of gas. I originally wanted the manual transmission but my wife hasn't learned stick yet so we went with the automatic. I'm glad we did...it's just as much fun to drive and a lot easier to handle a cup of Starbucks while driving. We got a cream puff, low mileage, well maintained, used car that we absolutely love. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and will be back for the stick Mini next year. Oh, and they say if you don't want to buy a Mini Cooper, don't test drive a Mini Cooper. Great experience dealing with Patrick BMW. My sales associate was Allen. He was fantastic! Definitely we will be back due to our positive experience and would hope that Allen is still there.

This was a busy dealership which is a good thing and it was labor day Monday and the financial guy was extremely busy hence the long wait but overall a good experience and Matt was a pleasure to deal with. I

Easy, no pressure sales process, where Gary worked with me to find the right car for me. Great pricing on new I've been a customer of Patrick BMW/MINI for over 16 years, and I wouldn't change that - even though there are dealers closer to my home. Patrick BMW/MINI continue to keep my business through their great service and customer treatment.

My Mini had a lot of things needed to be done with it. It was a long wait, but service was worth the long travel and time. They even found me a spare car to use while I waiting.

After being tortured by another dealer, my wife and I decided to stop by Patrick Mini and Im so glad we did. When we arrived at the dealership, we didn't know a lot about the line-up of cars, only that we thought they we're fairly fun. After half an hour with our salesman, that changed. We learned about the cars, the features and most importantly, we wanted one. Once that was decided, the experience was easy and pleasant. Honestly, I've never felt so much at ease negotiating and purchasing a car. The sales staff is friendly and informative. They were conscious of our time and got us out the door in the exact car we wanted. I'll pit it this way, I use to only drive Fords, but thanks to Patrick, that has now changed.
