I am interested in getting a Mini. They seem like they would have good gas mileage and be easy to park. However, I do not know if there would be ample space for my parents to easily enter and exit the car. I like how the vehicles look.

I was just looking at the cars. I have always thought that Minis are cute and probably have good gas mileage. However, I am not sure there is enough room if I have to drive both parents and maybe some other people. Maybe someday.

The enjoyable Mini

We have now owned five Mini's all purchased from Patrick Mini. Before buying our first one we went to another dealer and were totally unimpressed. Over the years we have been impressed with the sales and service staff at Patrick. We live three hours away but feel that it is worth our time to travel to Patrick Mini. The sales staff, especially Christine, are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The service staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, our total experience with Patrick Mini has been great.

Super fricken frustrated

Drove in 8 hours to buy this car, loved our sakes guy! But today, 46 days out I still don't have a plate so my car is in the garage!!!! A ticket and rental car later and stil no phone call returned and the DMV does not have the car in the system!,!,, getting ready to call my attorney... You guys suck!

Excellent follow-up service

The follow up service was excellent. My earlier comment "the declining Mini" prompted immediate response from Patrick Mini. They took great care to address my earlier concerns, which were pretty minor to begin with. They went way out of their way to deliver a loaner for me and gave my Mini a bumper to bumper scrub down. The fan they fixed is working fine. They called to keep me informed, discuss what they had found and to make sure I was satisfied. All in all, top-rate.

care for a declining Mini

After much consulting - sage advice from experienced mechanics - I settled on a mere $900 worth of essential service for my beloved 05 Mini. Patrick gave me a great loaner and returned calls promptly. I was content with the service. When I arrived to check out, I was disappointed that no one offered to review my bill and explain how everything went. I was also a little surprised that they didn't catch or deal with the little annoyances of an older Mini while it was in for care. I would have loved to have had my sun roof lubricated. And the other Mini dealer always washes my car before returning it - a welcome touch. Patrick did not.

Patrick Mini service and complete Dealer facility is a pleasure to deal and work with. I purchased and have my car serviced there with NEVER having any kind of issue or problems. they are courteous from the time you drive your car in. The facility is clean and everyone is always more then willing to help you or just greet you with a smile and hello. I'm sold on this product and dealer and will buy from them for a long time.

Good Experience

We traveled 5 1/2 hours on Labor Day weekend to look at this car. It was what we wanted but had some damage not reported during our correspondence. Since it was a holiday, no way to fix it that day. But they were very accommodating and arranged for us to have it fixed at our dealer back home. Before leaving home, we were a little skeptical because there was some pressure to commit to the full price before we even saw the car (because of payment issues due to the holiday). That salesman was off for the holiday and we worked with Maria once we got there. She was the perfect salesperson! No frills, honest answers that were not always in her favor. I think we bought the car because of her! The buying process was very smooth. I wish we lived close enough to service the car with them.
