Patrick Mini

I have worked with Maria and Patrick Mini since they opened. Maria Makris is very accommodating and bend over backwards to make you happy. They are efficient and don't waste your time when you pick up a new car. They are thorough and professional. Maria responds to any inquiries right away and gets answers to any questions I ask. Their service department operates the same way. They want you to be happy and make things simple. Mini cars are very well made and fun to drive.

Zach was very nice and helpful. He explained everything that was needed on my car and provided detailed estimates so I could make an informed choice on what to do. His follow up was thorough and he called when he said he would. Overall, very impressed.

I have to say out of all the dealerships I have ever gone to for parts,sales or service Patrick Mini has been by far the best. The staff there where friendly and more amazing new the car from the prior owner. He new what was done car and talked about the prior owner as if he was just in 2 mins before I walked in. I have owned this car for about 8 months. The job was done in a very timely manor and thru out the process, I was kept up to date on what needed to be done and my options. I couldnt have asked for any better service. There is a quote "no one cares how much you know until the know how much you care." Patrick Mini service was incredibly friendly and efficient. My husband usually handles this, but I needed something quickly. I drove over on a Saturday morning, I didn't have an appointment, the team quickly identified my issue and resolved it while I waited.

I have recently purchased my second mini cooper from Patrick mini in Schaumburg. I worked with Justin as my sales representative this time. I just wanted to extend my thanks to him and the company. Justin has been more than helpful and has gone above and beyond any sales person I’ve ever had, I really appreciate the level of quality service that he has given me. The way that Justin has helped me throughout my purchase process has really made me feel like an important customer not just a number like the other places that I have been. Justin has been quick with follow ups when I called him, and the questions that I had have, to me this is very important. He has also been extremely kind, friendly, and helpful not only during the entire process but after as well. When I came to him for help or with a question he goes out of his way to give exceptional service. In the past six years I have purchased eight different cars now and a motorcycle and have never received close to the service that Justin has given to me. Out of all of my cars I absolutely love my Mini Cooper and will defiantly keep this car for a while. And my next car will be purchased through a Patrick, jus because of Justin’s exceptional service and the way he has represented the company, I have been telling everyone that I come in contact with about how awesome your dealership is and when it is time for anyone I know to purchase a car I will defiantly refer them to Patrick and they should deal exclusively with Justin. I look forward to every trip into Patrick Min I even if it’s just for a car wash because I know that I am a valued customer and not just a sale to the employees. I just wanted to say thank you to Justin and the dealership as a whole. I really appreciated everything that he has done for me.

I went to Patrick Mini as I was upset with my previous dealer Bill Jacobs. From the time I pulled in Maria Makris was very helpful, friendly and accomidating. I had an excellent experience test driving, purchasing, and going through my vehicle and the options it has on it. I have been driving it for 2 months and enjoy the longer drives due to contruction all over so much more.

We wanted a car for our son for college. We looked at the Mini as a great option for gas mileage and comfort for a 6'3" college bound basketball player. I went in and spoke with Maria and came out with a very competitively priced lease on a new Clubman. I would seriously consider purchasing a Mini from Maria and Patrick Mini when I am in the market for another vehicle. I am looking forward to Mini's version of their SUV. My son loves the car and the experience with Maria and the finance people and Patrick Mini was outstanding.

I emailed Christina Annes at Patrick MINI. She was knowledgeable about the car and patient to my indecisiveness. She has a knack for knowing the customer and how much technical detail s/he wants. Her genuine enthusiasm for MINIs is contagious. We found the exact car with the features I wanted that fit my budget and it arrived within a week. At one point there was a very similar but pricier car on the lot, and I have a lot of respect for Christina for not trying to upsell me into something I didn't absolutely love. Financing was also pretty straightforward -- I got a good rate and the terms I wanted, no pressure. Jori, the finance manager is nice, but a fast talker. Maybe a little too quick since we made a mistake on my VIN number that resulted in resigning the paperwork and switching out the plates a few days later. Luckily Jori and Christina made this easy to correct.

Christina was extremely helpful in pointing out the various "gizmos" on the car. I am not one for reading manuals and her information kept me from driving a car and not using the fabulous "tools" available to the driver. She did not pressure me in the buying process and the car was ready to go literally minutes after the paperwork was completed. Mini's may be the"little brother" of the BMW, but the service and quality makes you feel like you are playing with the big boys. I would highly recommend both the car and the dealership, with Christina thrown in as icing on the cake.

We went in knowing the exact car we wanted. She offered us a test drive, gave a walk-though, answered all our questions, was honest and up front. Paperwork and financing went quickly and there was no pressure to purchase the additional coverages (extended maintenance, etc.) - we were out with car in less than an hour.
