As ALWAYS Hank and his team took excellent care of my RX-8. I take pride in my '04 and the guys at Adventure know and respect that and treat the car with as much care as I do. They always greet me with a smile even though it is usually first thing in the morning when I bring my car in. And to answer all of your other questions, YES the staff greeted me in a friendly manner, YES I was kept informed of the status of the repairs, YES all my service needs were met with this visit, and YES the staff showed great appreciation for my business! I don't know what I would do without the convenience and competence of the service department at Adventure.

Felt very welcome even with being from out of town
My wife and I are very pleased with the experience we recently had at your dealership.. The atmosphere was friendly and professional. Your sales representative, Josh Smartt, was exceptional in making us feel welcome; as well as, assisting us in the successful purchase of the vehicle we came from Nashville to buy. Another contributing factor in our decision to make the purchase, was your 30-day warranty on the car.

Definitely Worth the Trip!!
Enjoyed the time my family and I had at Edd Kirby s Adventure!! Great people working hard and honestly to help everyone get the car that best helps their customers. They are all very down to earth and not pushy! I just want to thank Josh Smart very much for the test drive and his patience; also the kindness that we received from Marvin and one of the other sales managers Justin that went out of his way to introduce himself although we were just buying a used vehicle. They treated us as if we were buying a 2013 vehicle. Just a great bunch of guys!! It was so worth leaving these Alabama car salesmen behind and making the trip to Chattanooga Tenn. Thanks to everyone at Adventure! Will for sure be back in the future!!

Excellent Service Experience!!
Our experience during this service visit was just like every time we have been in contact with Adventure Mazda in Chattanooga, Fantastic! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They all seemed genuinely concerned about our service needs and were very knowledgeable about the service needed. The service manager, Hank Wilson, contacted me with the cost of the repair just as he promised, and I was contacted exactly when I anticipated the call to pick up our car. The service tech, Tony, even came over and explained in detail everything he did and gave suggestions if we discovered anything not to our satisfaction. We even had contact with our salesman, Josh Smartt during this service repair need. He was just as fantastic during this need as he was during our purchase experience. I have given your company huge recommendations every chance I get. Thank you all for a customer service experience like I have never had anywhere else. We were able to find Emily the perfect graduation present bought from the best salesman, Josh Smartt, and the best dealership, Adventure Mazda - Chattanooga.

Service Department Really Shined!
I wanted to let you know that Hank at the service department in Chattanooga was outstanding! I had purchased a used 2012 Mazda6 from Mtn. View Ford and something started rattling underneath the car. I talked to Hank on the phone and he had me bring it in to be looked at that same day! When I arrived, they heard the noise and said they knew exactly what the problem was( a tbs or tps gasket or something around the manifold). They said they could get me fixed up in about an hour. He was extremely informative about my car and gave me great advice regarding it. I was amazed at how quick they got me in and out!! Everyone was so professional and helpful! I'm not sure who the gentleman was that did the actual work on the car but he was extremely helpful also!! He did a great job!! I am just so amazed at how quickly they got me taken care of! Thank you so much! This is my first Mazda. I have only had it for a week but I don't think I will buy a different make ever!! Thanks !

Got Just What We Wanted! HIghly Recommended!
I just want to give a great big thank to our salesman Josh Smartt. He was really down to earth and easy to talk to; not just another pushy, stuffed shirt. Josh sold us our 2012 Mazda 3 on May 25 2013. We were looking for something that looked good, got good gas mileage and stays within our budget. My husband really enjoys the Bose sound system and the navigation system. Josh is a very likeable salesman without the pushy techniques. I would definitely recommend him and the group at Adventure Mazda in Chattanooga. I look forward to doing more business with Josh and the folks at Adventure Mazda.

I LOVE My Car and LOVE The Service!!
I just wanted to thank you once again for the service you provided me and my finance today. I've been wanting an Audi A4 Sedan for sometime now and finally positioned to be able to purchase one. I was thrilled to hear the one on your lot was available! Coming from Atlanta,GA, I wasn't certain the car was going to be everything we found on your website nor did I know how long we'd need to be in Tennessee to close the transaction. Needless to say, I was thrilled (yes that thrilled that only introverts show) to see the car was exactly as you described. It had been serviced and was sitting at the front of the lot awaiting our arrival. Even though we arrived at around 6:10, you did not rush us through inspecting and test driving the car. In fact, you insisted we check out every nook and cranny to ensure we would be pleased with our purchase. Once we were ready to proceed with the purchase, your F&I guy (sorry, I don't remember his name) confirmed my financing, and before I knew it, we were ready to be on our way. Although we did end up staying a tad after 7 p.m. everyone was extremely pleasant - and even thanked us for coming to Adventure Cars as late in the day as we did to make our purchase. At no time did I feel pressured by you and I found solace in the fact that you were willing to find answers to questions you didn't know the answers to. If car buying was anything like dinning out, or in my case - making a shoe purchase, you'd be my personal shopper or find me to be a loyal patron several times within a given month!! I truly appreciate all you did for us today. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my car and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the service you provided. Finally, A Salesteam Focussed On The Customer!!
My husband, teenage son and myself are volunteer firefighters and we needed something with low mileage, that's dependable and definitely has more room than what we had because we were overcrowded with our fire gear (we had a Mazda 3). The sales team was respectful to everyone and they let the customer walk the lot and choose what they want. Other dealerships we went to in the past would first ask how much we had to pay down, BUT at Adventure Cars in Chattanooga, the first question the salesman (Garrett Beavers) asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle (preference of size, color, etc..) and after we chose one to test drive we were told to put our fire gear in it and make sure it had the space we needed. There were several customers in front us to purchase vehicles so we were there for 6 hours! There were some issues with getting the approval in writing because by the time our "turn" came for signatures to purchase the vehicle the lenders had left for the day. The sales team tried to get the best financing with the lowest down payment as possible. We only paid half down compared to what other dealerships wanted. The staff was very apologetic for the lengthy wait to purchase our vehicle. For the length of time we were at the lot, Garrett made sure we stayed updated on the process and continuously acknowledged that we were there, as a matter of fact we were there for up to an hour past closing time and we were not rushed out the door, we got to sign the documents and drive our new Mazda 6 home that evening (Saturday 4/20). On Monday evening 4/22, we heard from Justin and were told to come back to the lot because the lender had gotten us a lower interest rate; so we went in on Tuesday to re-sign and upon arrival at the lot, Justin was the first to greet us and in no time we were signing the new documents. Most people would've gotten upset on Saturday and left without a new car, which I did consider that, but now I am thankful that I waited because when we got in our new car (my first ever new vehicle) and drove it home. It became very apparent with the saying, "good things come to those who wait". Later this year we hope to purchase a new vehicle for our son and I have referred your dealership to several co-workers and family members. My parents will be there in August to test a new Mazda as well. I would like to say thank you for having a dealership that does not focus on the money aspects of a car sale but the customer themselves and treats everyone fair and with respect. Your sales team is awesome! Thank you from the Wilson family!

Surprising Customer Service!
Thank you for your time and effort with me concerning the 05 Sport Trac I was interested in. As i said over the phone, corresponding with you and your team has been quite a "pleasant" surprise.
