A Five Star Dealership!!

Once again Edd Kirby Adventure Mazda has out done itself. This is the 3rd vehicle my wife and I have purchased from your dealership and we couldn't be more happy. Service, Quality, Family feeling throughout (FIVE STAR)

I tend to hate buying a car, but this was pleasant

I purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from your dealership in Chattanooga. I have been a Mazda driver since 2001, having owned a 626 and a Tribute. I have had excellent service from those two cars, but at our age we decided to go to one automobile, therefore the CX-5. The experience of discussing and finally buying the new car was most pleasant. Personally, I hate the process of buying a car. The dealership in Chattanooga, especially Josh Smartt, made it a real pleasure. I have gotten to know Hank Wilson the Service manager as he and his technicians have serviced the two old cars. As I was doing my research on buying a new car, I found both these men to be very professional and eager to help with my questions and comments. Thank you Mr. Kirby, the management team and all the employees for all you do for your customers.

Better than other dealers

I had an exceptional experience with the Adventure family! I initially contacted two Mazda dealers in another state trying to get their ?special? internet pricing. It took 3 days from the one and I was driving home from Edd Kirby?s Adventure Mazda with my new 2014 Miata when I heard from the other dealership. Buddy did an excellent job of answering our questions and getting all the information we needed to buy our car. I am sorry, but I don?t remember the name of your finance guy (Dave??), but he was very helpful also, and didn?t waste a lot of our time. Very good buying experience. Thank you!

Excellent Dealership with Excellent products!

I would like to say that you have an amazing crew at Adventure Mazda!. I had been on every car lot in the tri state area and dealt with so so many sales men and the experiences ranged from anger to insulting. Garrett Beavers and actually all the guys made the experience fun and enjoyable. It was extremely stress free! I have recommended several of my friend to come see you at tax season and have bragged at work about how much better the customer service is at Adventure than all the other places I have visited. All my service work and oil changes will be there and I will make sure to come in and say hello to your sales crew!. You have definitely gained a customer from here on!

Best Dealership in the Area!

Exceptional Service & Sales Staff

My name is Stacy and I played the middle man for my boss G. Susie Terrell when she decided to buy a new car. I just wanted to say that your team at the downtownChattanooga location is exceptional! During the time that it took for me to decide on the vehicle that we were getting, I was able to deal with several members of your staff and they were very friendly and professional. You can thank Hank Wilson in your service department for getting me to consider a new car to begin with. Over a year ago, there was a minor problem with a Mazda 6 s key and I called and was told to stop in to let him look at it. He was able to program it again and made it very easy for me- and he did it as a courtesy. That impressed me a lot, so when we needed service again, he came to mind. The car was repaired and he communicated with us at every turn so we knew what to expect. When I picked up the car, we talked about getting a bigger one and he suggested that I speak with Salesman Josh Smartt about the new CX5. Josh was very easy to talk to and made deciding on a vehicle an enjoyable experience. I never felt pressured to purchase something I didn t want nor did I feel like he was just trying to sell a car It was more like building a relationship. His communication with me throughout the experience was great. I could call or text him at anytime with any question and he was quick to respond, even on his off days! It took over 2 weeks for us to make the decision and throughout the entire time Josh remained upbeat and helpful- I m pretty sure anyone else would have gotten frustratedJ When it is time for me to buy a new vehicle, Josh will be the one I call. Overall, I feel your staff went above and beyond to make this a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Ed Kirby Adventure Mazda to my family and friends! Thanks!

Disappointed....

I was completely taken in by the website and the reviews and I was very disappointed. I really hate the car buying process and was overjoyed by the principles of this dealership as stated on their website. I will preface this review with the fact that I have bad credit from a divorce and I am just starting to rebuild my credit. I contacted Edd Kirby's Adventure Mazda and was up front about my credit status. I was pre-approved for a $5,000- $25,000 loan and told to make the hour drive to have my trade-in appraised and fill out paperwork. I was told the hardest part would be choosing my next vehicle. I arrived and was introduced to one salesman. I had to go back over my credit details with him and he filled out a credit application just choosing a vehicle at random. The vehicle wasn't even on the lot! I did not get a chance to look at any selection of vehicles nor did they appraise my trade-in. I waited for close to an hour and was then handed off to the next shift's salesman. He approached and said for a normal loan I would need a co-signer but that I had an alternate credit option that I could apply for. I had pretty much told them this information from the get go. I work nights and it was geting late and he said that he had all the information that he needed to submit it. He told me that he would send me a text that evening for an update even if he didn't hear anything from credit company. It is three days later and I have heard nothing. I did call and leave a voicemail but I have not heard back. It was a total blow off and waste of my time!! I would have understood if they were unable to finance me, all they had to do was tell me. I did not go in empty handed or with outrageous expectations on an expensive vehicle either. I had $2000 down plus a trade in and was only trying to get a $5,000-$7000 vehicle. Not following up with me showed a complete lack of respect. I have read all of the great reviews and I hate that my experience was so lacking.

Buddy was great and so was my experience

I recently purchased a 2003 Grand Prix from Adventure Cars. Buddy was my salesman and I am very happy with him and my experience with your dealership. He personally drove the car from Chattanooga to Dalton for my convenience. I know that you offer this service for anyone who requests it but it meant a lot to me. I had a work related accident with significant injuries and going to and from Chattanooga to see a car would have been very difficult. I live in Calhoun,GA and also could not drive myself due to multiple injuries. I would also like to point out that Buddy had the car checked out before showing it to me. The price was fair and you stood by the advertised price I saw on AutoTrader. Other than taxes, tag and title which are always required, there were absolutely no extra fees. Buddy was friendly, helpful and professional. I did not feel pressured in any way. I had thought about getting a bigger, more comfortable car and this one was just what I wanted at a great price.. I generally don't like the car dealer experience but I would not hesitate to tell anyone I know who is ready to buy a new or used car to talk to Buddy and Kirby Adventure Cars. I've only had the Grand Prix for a couple of weeks but am happy with the car and the people at your dealership. THANK YOU

Another Great Visit!

Everything went wonderful, from scheduling to the visit to my car's performance after. Hank is wonderful, so kind and friendly. All services and charges were fully explained both before the visit and at time of service. I actually looked forward to my visit so I could see Josh Smart and Justin Wolfe whom I met while buying my car. All the individuals at adventure mazda are so friendly. I have nothing but great things to say about my car buying experience, buying parts from David, and my first service from Hank and the service department. Completely satisfied.

Exceptional Staff!!

This was my first experience of buying a new car as a single, recently divorced female. I was intimidated by the thought but felt at ease as soon as I walked through the doors of adventure mazda. Josh Smartt was so helpful, knowledgable, approachable, and kind. Justin was extremely fair in regards to my trade-in, and Hank stayed late to help with my roof rack. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. I have and continue to recommend adventure mazda to all of my friends.
