The amenities are fine, but the wait times are far too

The amenities are fine, but the wait times are far too long for basic services (oil change etc). In addition, pricing has really gotten out of hand. Prices have increased by 50 percent on transmission fluid services in 2 years ($150 higher). Thats crazy! I am happy to pay a small premium to have work done at a dealer, but we are now far past a small premium especially when it takes 3-4 hours for basic service with an appointment. Pricing being this far out of line means I will not be back for service. Dealers charge more than independents for the same parts (even though they are the oem) and labor rates are higher than appropriate. Ive had every service done at this dealership over the last 7 years and 100k miles; however, this will be my last one. You have priced yourselves out of a customer.

Christie was so kind and such a great support with my car

Christie was so kind and such a great support with my car issues and Jim Ellis was very accommodating when I had to bring my car back for the same issue.

My wife and I came to the dealership looking for a

My wife and I came to the dealership looking for a vehicle. Victor was such an AMAZING salesman. Anyone can sell cars; however, he sells SERVICE! He listened to what we wanted and did everything in his power to ensure that we reaches a fair price. He is by far the best salesman that we have ever encountered. He was very personable, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Highly recommended!!

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Loved the video showing the repairs being performed. Plenty of seating area to wait.

Oil change schedule software needs attention.

Oil change schedule software needs attention. Came in for just an oil change and it took 2.5 hours after he stated it would take 1.5 hours. Apparently it got pushed back with whatever system you guys use. James noticed it wasn’t completed and made sure to get his guys on it immediately. Took longer quoted but the service dept does great work. Big thanks to James and team but get rid of that automated scheduler.

Sami is amazing!

Sami is amazing!! His customer service is top notch and he went above and beyond for our family. Everyone at this dealership is very friendly and helpful from the managers to the sales guys and finance department. I highly recommend this dealership.
