Excellent customer service. Loved the video showing the repairs being performed. Plenty of seating area to wait.

Oil change schedule software needs attention.

Oil change schedule software needs attention. Came in for just an oil change and it took 2.5 hours after he stated it would take 1.5 hours. Apparently it got pushed back with whatever system you guys use. James noticed it wasn’t completed and made sure to get his guys on it immediately. Took longer quoted but the service dept does great work. Big thanks to James and team but get rid of that automated scheduler.

Sami is amazing!

Sami is amazing!! His customer service is top notch and he went above and beyond for our family. Everyone at this dealership is very friendly and helpful from the managers to the sales guys and finance department. I highly recommend this dealership.

Tom took care of me and really felt like he had my best

Tom took care of me and really felt like he had my best interest in mind. I was asking his opinion on some things regarding my truck and he told me about things he has done to his and thinks he would recommend for mine. Had a great experience with him and the mechanics on site.

Service is always exceptional at this dealership. It is extremely clean in a very professional atmosphere. If you’re getting service on your vehicle, they have a great waiting area and they are even as calm as to offer you a ride back to your home or office if you are nearby can’t say enough great things about the entire workforce.
