My service advisor was friendly and helpful however I was not given alignment printout and unsure it was even completed. Air pressure was different in all tires when I received the vehicle back. I pad for a service that I have no proof was completed.

Customer service was excellent.
Customer service was excellent. I had an odd warrant to issue that i felt should be covered by GMC. The service manager felt it wasn’t a warranty covered item but took care of me after some discussion. I really appreciate the level of customer service received while there.

Absolutely terrible.
Absolutely terrible. Had all 4rotors and pads replaced last Thursday. Had to have it told back to Jim Ellis GMC because one of them locked up over the weekend. Now wrong parts were ordered and have to reorder. Truck will now b there another day.

Craig is an excellent sales person. He is very knowledgeable of the GMC product line and took the time to explain many aspects of the new Diesel truck I purchased.
