I got an oil change and my fluids were NOT topped off

I got an oil change and my fluids were NOT topped off they could not be bothered to add windshield washer fluid and they didn’t even do a courtesy car wash.

Very easy buying process.

Very easy buying process. Emailed, texted with Richard about availability, he got back right away. We set an appointment. Both cars were waiting up front so we could check them out. Once decision was made, paperwork took maybe an hour and we were done.
