I was very disappointed in my last visit.

I was very disappointed in my last visit. In the past they always washed and vacuumed the car. That did not happen this visit and there were hand prints on the doors, front fenders and the hood had a full hand print about a foot from the front edge and about a foot from the passenger side. Very disrespectful to a 2021 Buick Envision with 4000 miles on it.

Ed Barnes was top notch on keeping in contact with me daily on giving me updates with my vehicle while it was at the service dept. Everyone at the service dept I’ve dealt with was very friendly and I would recommend them anytime you need to have a vehicle serviced.

Tried to up sell un ethical services exceeding 800

Tried to up sell un ethical services exceeding 800 dollars when the vehicle is still under a full B to B warranty. Then when questioned about it hurried up and removed from conversation. Something just not right with this approach

Hello, John. We sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding the approach of our recommendations and will take it into consideration for future procedures and processes. We recommend filters based on the mileage of the vehicle and were unaware that you’ve replaced those on your own. As a diesel, your Sierra does require more maintenance than a gas vehicle, and at almost 34,000 miles a diesel injector service and diesel fuel drier and performance service are strongly recommended to keep your vehicle operating at it’s best performance possible. We’d like to extend a 15% discount and complimentary upgraded car wash if you would like to return for these services. You can also keep an eye on our website for any General Motors rebates as those can be combined with our in-house discounts!
