I am pleased with this dealership in tree past.

I am pleased with this dealership in tree past. However for this pill change appointment, I am not happy that no one informed me about the increase of price for an oil change. When I called to make the appointment, I told them I only wanted an oil change and nothing else. I wasn't expecting to pay $97 for this oil change. If I had known that when I called to make the appointment, I would have gone elsewhere. I will no longer be using this dealership for oil changes on my car. You totally broke my bank with the unexpected cost! Please inform your customers when the appointment is made... it could have saved a lot of time and money.

My wife and I had a pleasant experience.

My wife and I had a pleasant experience. The customer service rep took good care of us. She listened to what the problem was and translated it to the technician. He identified the cause of the problem and was able to make the appropriate repair. The car is running find now.

Very polite, honestly worker.

Very polite, honestly worker. When I drop off my DUALLY truck and told them what the problem I had while I was on the road they find no problem but when I show them the problem it wasn’t there impossible but very honestly that they find nothing wrong than charge me for something they couldn’t find the problem while other shop hide the charge said they did fix it which didn’t it was no problem. They also find other real problem than what I told them what the problem honestly service.
