Great service ! This guys were able to figure the problem , arange rental for me , get the parts and fix the problem in a almost 24 hours frame , there actually were a few things to fix like a/c , driver seat frame , passenger side outside mirror ... Recomending this service .

First of all I had an appointment at 1:00 but got there
First of all I had an appointment at 1:00 but got there 15 minutes early for an oil change. We did not get out of the dealership until 2:45 which interrupted our day plans. An oil change with an appointment should have only taken 1 hour in and out. The price compared to other oil change outlets was outrageous at $101. We did not want any other services. They used to wash the car but didn't even do that. We will not be using Jim Ellis dealership again.

Had a appt and it still took almost 2 hours just for a oil change I didn't even get my tires rotated service very slow .First time I have ever took my truck to this dealer and the oil change costed me 40.00 more than the dealer I always go to .I will never come back to this dealer again.

This is a very overrated dealership. Their price for an oil change is ridiculous high. For my which takes 8 quarts of oil they charge $122 and the other dealership i usually go to is only $89.95. I think they charge a whole lot more because it is at the Mall of Georgia.

Best car buying experience ever! James and the entire team were amazing throughout the process and treated us like family from the moment we walked into the showroom. I initially went in looking to trade my car and by the time we left my wife was signing papers as well and we went home with two new vehicles!
