I was taken care of like family.

I was taken care of like family. Received service that I was not expecting because I never received it from other dealer. They even made the impossible happen. Highly recommend them to anyone and will shop from Jim Ellis, Buford again and again.

From the moment we walked in the door until we walked out

From the moment we walked in the door until we walked out with our new car was a very great experience. The car sales man was great and helped in everything. The loan officer was great. We will be back to buy another car and will not change the sales man or the loan officer. My experience was priceless. I did not feel like they where trying to sell me a car I felt like I was looking at cars with a friend. Thank you for all your help getting my husband first new car.

I made an appointment to have the transmission on my

I made an appointment to have the transmission on my truck looked at. I came in for the appointment a week later only to find out that the tech was on vacation. About 3 & 1/2 weeks Ed called (not the original advisor) with an appointment and a loaner car. Brought the car in as scheduled on Monday. Tech didn't get to it. Tuesday tech wasn't in. Wednesday tech still didn't get to it. Finally late afternoon the tech test drive it,looked at codes said everything is normal. I still think there is an issue with the transmission, guess only time will tell.

Jim Ellis service department is excellent. Traveling from Ohio our 2021 Suburban lost a lifter. Drew and his team got the vehicle in and repaired in a phenomenal amount of time and had it back on the road to Ohio. I cannot express the gratitude and thanks I have for this dealership. I would recommend Jim Ellis for all your GM/Buick needs. There are not enough words to express how professional the Jim Ellis service department treated me and my family.
